About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and feel very comfortable around them and very in-tune to their needs. I also worked for Midtown Mutts for a year prior to Covid and going back to school (many of the dogs I walked then are shown in my gallery). Not only do I view pets as family members and a whole lot of fun, I also view them as lifelong friends and would take special care that they are always safe, comfortable, happy, and loved! I am familiar with many different breeds and know what different needs this entitles for each. I am available for specific needs as requested by the owner, such as extra walks or special diets and will respect these. I respect the home and any specific instructions provided, and I make sure pets get attention, reassurance, and positive interaction while their owners are away. I am attentive to pet behavior and wellbeing, communicate clearly with owners, and will provide updates as requested so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. My goal is for pets to feel secure and cared for, and for owners to feel peace of mind.

“Stephanie was fantastic! She was punctual, polite, and very thorough, asking all the right questions to make sure our pets were well taken care of. She was incredibly kind and attentive to our dogs, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about them. Stephanie was a huge help while we were away on our camping trip. She not only took great care of our dogs, but also fed our pet betta fish and made sure Luna received her medication. Knowing that everything was being handled while we were away gave us great peace of mind. We really appreciate how responsible, caring, and communicative Stephanie was. Our family dog is little over a year old and has never been left in the care of a stranger. I left our family pet home alone for over an hour and came back to destruction. Ms. Bao was able to get our dog to smile and even look over his shoulder with a grin, as if he was a little human in some of the pictures. I am blessed to have met Ms Bao and for my family to have such a positive experience with Rover and Bao. Ms. Bao truly gave me peace of mind. I always make sure pets are supervised, cared for, and treated like part of the family while they’re in my home.
