About: I share my home with two animals: Merlot (my 14-year-old dog) and Meleys (my 2-year-old cat). I’ve always grown up with animals and truly can’t imagine life without them—if I had the space, I’d probably have 10 more! I work from home about half the week, which means I’m able to spend plenty of time giving your pet attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. Both of my pets are friendly and welcoming to dogs of all sizes. Merlot is more laid-back in his older age and spends most of his time relaxing, while Meleys is comfortable around friendly animals but also has her own quiet space if she prefers some distance. We also have a fenced-in dog park within my complex, perfect for safe playtime, fetch, and burning off energy—especially during the cooler mornings and evenings. Your dog will be treated like part of the family here! Pets are welcome on the furniture, and if they’re used to sleeping in bed, they’re more than welcome to join us. I also have crates available if your dog prefers or is accustomed to crate sleeping. I work part-time from home and set my own schedule, so your pup will get plenty of attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. I’m home all day on Mondays and Fridays, which allows for consistent care and companionship. I’m also available Tuesday through Thursday, though I work in-office in Elk Grove from 6am–2pm. On those days, I can stop home on my lunch break for a potty break and check-in, as long as your pup is comfortable being home alone for a few hours in between. I’m happy to walk your dog alongside mine or separately—whatever best suits their needs and comfort level. I care for pets as if they’re my own, tailoring everything to their routine and comfort level. I work part-time from home (and fully remote Mondays and Fridays), so pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship. In my home, dogs enjoy access to a fenced-in dog park for exercise and nearby park walks. Pets are welcome on furniture and the bed if allowed, and I can also accommodate crate routines. For cats, I offer both social integration or a completely separate, quiet space if preferred. I’ve set up a private guest room and bathroom in the past with litter, food, and water to help cats feel safe and adjust at their own pace.

About: I've taken care of my dogs, friends' dogs, and house-sat for dog owners. I’m experienced with dogs of all energy levels and temperaments. I currently work Sunday through Wednesday, and I’m fully available Thursday through Saturday. On those days, I can give your pet my full attention and focus on their care, routine, and needs. On Sunday through Wednesday, I am available before 8 am and after 8 pm. I provide dog sitting and dog walking with a strong focus on safety, trust, and maintaining each dog’s normal routine. I am comfortable with small dogs and large dogs who need a lot of exercise.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I got my first pet at 11, my lovely dog mocha, and have been taking care of animals ever since. I enjoy observing and playing with almost any animal no matter size or species. I have lots of experience taking care of injured animals as more often than not I took in these types of animals growing up and even now! I have spent countless times bottle feeding baby animals as well as performing other duties a parent animal would do. Currently I am unemployed, just looking for something fun and entertaining to do while I job hunt. I plan to continue after getting a job if things work out. I am free most days of the week, the only uncertain day is Tuesday. I have two animals currently, a leopard gecko and a Bombay cat. As two wildly different animals they both have special needs I attend. My cat, jiji, is disabled and requires me to be a bit more careful than you would need to be with a cat. She has no tail but a big attitude! Beam, gecko, is about 5 years old. I adopted him from a friend who would be unable to care for him. Leopard geckos can reach 15 years old and require quite a bit attention as they are sensitive to most things. Beam is also incredibly sassy, despite only being three inches.

She gave me great updates with attention to detail that would ease any fur baby parents anxieties. Bao cleaned any messes, (litter collateral, fur ball presents, food/water bowls) and Lush took a liking to her as soon as they met. I will definitely be booking again. If you need a pet sitter don’t pass on Bao!”

About: I am returning to Rover after a long hiatus while pursuing my PhD. Before my beloved Stella (black pitty) passed away, we had a wonderful time dog-sitting for clients. After many years of grief and a very, very busy life in my doctoral program, I have another doggy companion, Bruce. We enjoy working from home together and are excited to care for your pets! Training my boxer, Bruce, has been such a rewarding experience, and we hope to have the chance to help others on their journeys to build strong connections between handlers and their beloved companions. Working from home allows me to adapt to different needs and routines to stick as closely as possible with your pets current routine to give them a sense of familiarity. My boxer, Bruce, knows when it is time for his meals, bedtime, or when I need to step out to run errands for the day. I intend to do the same by adapting to your pet's routine so they feel at ease.

About: I have 4 kitties and 1 pup of my own. I have had no less than 3 cats my entire life, and am always helping the local strays as well, so I have loved cats of every type of personality and special need. I take my pup with me just about everywhere, so I have a lot of experience being out and about with a canine companion. My dog doesn't like other dogs, so I am also comfortable caring for pups that prefer not to be around other dogs. If you're looking to give your pup an extra special day out at a new park, I would love to bring them on an adventure! If your dog and/or cat is all about routine, I've got you. Playtime? I am so there! Or maybe your little one is a bit anxious and just wants some scratches and snuggles - I am here to make them feel safe and loved while you are away. <3 Whatever they need most, I am here to provide. I am a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, and as such, I have an extremely flexible schedule, so I can be available whenever it is that you need me the most! I always have access to my own car, so even if you need your pup taken to an appointment or to their most special favorite park, I am happy to do so. If you're looking for someone to stay with your pet all day and/or night, everything I need to do my freelance work is portable, so I can give your little one all the attention they deserve. :) I am the master of catering to the needs of all different types of pet personalities, as I have 4 cats and 1 dog of my own, all very unique from one another. About: ur friendly neighborhood avid animal lover here to help you with your fur babies! as a former animal shelter employee and current animal hospital worker, I’m familiar with all different kinds of dogs and cats of different ages, breeds, demeanors and needs. I’m comfortable with young puppies to seniors, nervous/shy cats, those who need medication and anyone in between ☺️ I’m located right in the heart of the Mission District and work in Noe Vallley, so anywhere in those two areas are easy for me to access. I also have a car and can access further if need be! As someone who has seen plenty of emergency cases in my profession, I’m very specially aware within people’s homes of what may be considered safe or unsafe for your baby. Just let me know if I need to keep an extra eye on a specific room or piece of furniture in your room!
