About: I have experience with many different types of animals. I have cats, dogs, a snake, a lizard, snails, and fish. I also lived on a farm and have experience with farm animals. I am good at training dogs and have experience with animal's medication management. My dog has an anxiety disorder, and one of my cats had an intense medical scare which required medication three times a day. Work to provide the best for all my animals, and I'll work to provide the best for yours as well. I currently work part-time during the days. There is never a time where my house is unsupervised for more than a few hours at a time to go out and eat or run errands. With my dogs, I typically crate them when I leave to prevent them from causing problems like digging in the trash, but that is up to your discretion for your animal. I live in a house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have a fenced in yard that my two dogs frequently run around in. I have a small inflatable pool for the animals to play in during the heat. I will take care to attend to each animal's individualized needs, so if your dogs needs to be crated at certain times or has specific triggers please let me know.

I have two cats with very different needs, one is older and spicy and takes medicine daily, and I was so impressed by Natalie’s ability to care for her and administer the medication successfully. my older cat even warmed up to Natalie’s gentle nature and allowed some affection! She was also great with my younger cat, who required daily play sessions. Directions I left were followed to a T, and Natalie provided such nice report cards and many photos at the end of each visit! I have a hard time leaving my babies, but Natalie made me feel like they were in great hands. I would recommend her to anyone, and plan on hiring her again as my sitter whenever I can!”

Danielle was very responsive and kept me informed the day Heath was in her care.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life since childhood. Ive had inside and outside dogs, I would bathe, feed, and teach them how to sit, lay, and stay. I love having animals around, they bring the extra joy I think everyone needs in their life. I currently work from home, so I can give them extra attention and keep them company. I can take them on walks every few hours as well as bathroom breaks when needed. I live next to a park, so I can take the pets for walks and use the restroom. If they need to be in a crate or outside, I have a patio where they can hangout to get some fresh air.

I’ve had dogs in my life for over 30 years — growing up with Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Border Collies, and Labs, and later caring for high-energy breeds like Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, and Dobermans as an adult. About: My name is Marissa and I'm am excited to return to Rover! My love for animals has been around since I was a child but blossomed during my time volunteering for an animal shelter. In addition to my volunteer work, I had an English Springer Spaniel for 11 years and a cat for 8 years, so I have quite a bit of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have administered oral medication, washed and walked dogs, helped train dogs, and brushed their teeth. I'm very patient with all cats and dogs and give them my full attention. I'm available most weekends and some weekdays, especially with advanced notice. Any specific requests? Let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate! I am currently working M-F from 8:00-5:00, but can accommodate weekday drop-in visits with additional notice. My main availability is on weekends and holidays. About: I’ve been taking care of animals at other homes since I was a kid: neighbors, teachers, family friends. I was raised by 2 cats, and my parents always encouraged us to pull our weight and help the community. People are often surprised their pets are so comfortable with me so quickly! I recently was hired to watch an anxious Jack Russel Terrier mix because the first time I met her she didn’t bark, sat in my lap, and wanted to lick me all evening, and I didn’t even have treats in my pocket! I’m navigating life with my first dog, currently learning about my new pupper and scheduling. I’m open to new clients in Greater Sacramento and short visits. I’m working with youth at a site currently. I often make dinner at home, but also like to explore the town or neighborhood I’m staying (let me know if you have a local favorite). A few nights a month I spend at ceramics, rock climbing, hiking and camping, or seeing live music. I find that each pet is completely different. I want to make them as comfortable as pawsible in their space: where do they like to spend their time, favorite toys, treats, activities, parks, and schedules. About: Animals are a different kind of "special". They love unconditionally. "We can judge the heart of a human, by the treatment to their animals". I am one that is very scepticle on who looks after my animals; because i know that noone will ever take care or love my animals the way my fiance and I do. About: I have experience with many different types of animals. I have cats, dogs, a snake, a lizard, snails, and fish. I also lived on a farm and have experience with farm animals. I am good at training dogs and have experience with animal's medication management. My dog has an anxiety disorder, and one of my cats had an intense medical scare which required medication three times a day. Work to provide the best for all my animals, and I'll work to provide the best for yours as well. I currently work part-time during the days. There is never a time where my house is unsupervised for more than a few hours at a time to go out and eat or run errands. With my dogs, I typically crate them when I leave to prevent them from causing problems like digging in the trash, but that is up to your discretion for your animal. I live in a house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have a fenced in yard that my two dogs frequently run around in. I have a small inflatable pool for the animals to play in during the heat. I will take care to attend to each animal's individualized needs, so if your dogs needs to be crated at certain times or has specific triggers please let me know.
