“Davis was super attentive to my cat, Muc! I received daily reports and photos of how Muc was doing. Davis treated Muc like his own. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Davis is definitely my go-to.”

“Left my very big, very shy cat alone for the first time, and was a little anxious about finding someone to check on him. Payton was the perfect person for the job! She sent regular updates, and even sent photos of the cat under the bed! I highly recommend you hire Payton to watch your furry friend - you and your pets will be glad you did!”

“Mel is awesome! Very professional, easy to get along with, great communication, reliable and absolutely great with our dogs! Frank (our large male pitbull mix) and Becky (our medium female bulldog) both adored Mel from the first moment they met her. She is very much Frank and Becky approved! Mel's done a great job taking care of our pups, she's a fantastic pet professional, and we highly recommend her services!”

“Sage went above and beyond my expectations! She took such good care of my cat and dog, they were obviously well loved and fed. My house was cleaner than when I left and I would recommend her highly to anyone. Communication was excellent and I received constant pictures and notes as to what was happening at home. All in all a superb experience.”

“Jazmine is great! I’ve been having her do drop in visits for months now, I didn’t need to worry about anything while being away. She’s really good at communicating, always give me updates, and super sweet! Highly recommend her service. Will continue to let her cat-sitting for me!”

About: I've had cats and dogs my entire life, and volunteered at the Bradshaw Animal Shelter for a year after college. I've fostered kittens and a senior cat with medical issues, and cared for many older pets over my life. I once house sit for a family with rabbits so I have a little bit of familiarity with them. I have house sit for friends with a standard poodle and a mini doodle, including giving the standard poodle his daily medication and taking them both for twice daily trips to the park. I have also checked in on my parents' two dogs and 5+ cats to feed them, let them out for potty breaks, play with them, and give them medication. My sweet orange tabby got cancer a few years ago and I fed him three times a day through a feeding tube and administered his medication as well. I work some evenings, so I am free most of the day to care for your furry friends. I take care of my own senior kitty in the mornings, after my evening shifts, and during any free days. I have pet sat for friends and family before, including giving medication and two daily walks. I will follow all instructions to the letter and ensure your pet feels right at home.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for years and understand that every dog has their own unique personality and needs. I have experience with daily walks, feeding, playtime, administering routines, and providing lots of attention and companionship. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages throughout each visit. Caring for my own dog has also taught me patience, consistency, and how to recognize when a dog needs extra space or a calmer approach. My goal is always to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. My availability is flexible, and I’m happy to accommodate your pup’s preferred walking times, whether they need morning exercise, midday breaks, or evening strolls. As a dog mom, I know how important it is to trust someone with your pup. I provide patient, attentive walks focused on safety and happiness.

About: I am returning to Rover after a long hiatus while pursuing my PhD. Before my beloved Stella (black pitty) passed away, we had a wonderful time dog-sitting for clients. After many years of grief and a very, very busy life in my doctoral program, I have another doggy companion, Bruce. We enjoy working from home together and are excited to care for your pets! Training my boxer, Bruce, has been such a rewarding experience, and we hope to have the chance to help others on their journeys to build strong connections between handlers and their beloved companions. Working from home allows me to adapt to different needs and routines to stick as closely as possible with your pets current routine to give them a sense of familiarity. My boxer, Bruce, knows when it is time for his meals, bedtime, or when I need to step out to run errands for the day. I intend to do the same by adapting to your pet's routine so they feel at ease.
About: I have 4 kitties and 1 pup of my own. I have had no less than 3 cats my entire life, and am always helping the local strays as well, so I have loved cats of every type of personality and special need. I take my pup with me just about everywhere, so I have a lot of experience being out and about with a canine companion. My dog doesn't like other dogs, so I am also comfortable caring for pups that prefer not to be around other dogs. If you're looking to give your pup an extra special day out at a new park, I would love to bring them on an adventure! If your dog and/or cat is all about routine, I've got you. Playtime? I am so there! Or maybe your little one is a bit anxious and just wants some scratches and snuggles - I am here to make them feel safe and loved while you are away. <3 Whatever they need most, I am here to provide. I am a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, and as such, I have an extremely flexible schedule, so I can be available whenever it is that you need me the most! I always have access to my own car, so even if you need your pup taken to an appointment or to their most special favorite park, I am happy to do so. If you're looking for someone to stay with your pet all day and/or night, everything I need to do my freelance work is portable, so I can give your little one all the attention they deserve. :) I am the master of catering to the needs of all different types of pet personalities, as I have 4 cats and 1 dog of my own, all very unique from one another. As such, I am able to cater the care I give to fit perfectly with your little one's needs and routines.

“Haley was a great sitter for our two cats! She was attentive, provided great updates, and was super flexible when we changed the dates for which we needed her. We will absolutely have her watch our kitties again!”

“I chose Duyen with my first time using the Rover app, and I was not disappointed! First of all - I chose her because she had experience with animals by volunteering at the shelter, and her bio reflected a caring person who really love animals. This is important to me because I do not trust my husky and two cats with just any stranger. I must admit I was hesitant to use Rover because of this, but upon my first time meeting Duyen and talking to her while walking my husky Kaiju with her - I could already tell how in tuned she was with her behavior and Kaiju's positive reactions to Duyen made me feel comfortable with requesting her to care for our animal family. Duyen was very responsive on the app, asked the right questions, and followed each instruction to every detail. Her reports along with pictures and videos during the two days of her on site visit reflected the care she took of our animals and the respect she had for us as owners. I would highly recommend her for any animal onsite visits and walks, but please don't request for her when we need her again :) just kidding - Duyen is awesome and I know Kaiju and our two cats are in good hands for the next time I request for her services.”

Bao did a great job taking care of our cats while we were away! She came over to feed them, play with them, and scoop their litter, and we felt very comfortable knowing they were being well cared for. Her communication was great throughout our trip, and we really appreciated all the pictures and updates she sent us. We would definitely trust Bao to watch our cats again and highly recommend her!

Mel is awesome! Very professional, easy to get along with, great communication, reliable and absolutely great with our dogs! Frank (our large male pitbull mix) and Becky (our medium female bulldog) both adored Mel from the first moment they met her. She is very much Frank and Becky approved! Mel's done a great job taking care of our pups, she's a fantastic pet professional, and we highly recommend her services!

Jaclyn took wonderful care of our 2 cats while we were away on vacation. She came a day early for a meet and greet where she made our cats feel really comfortable around her. She had great communication before we left as well as the whole time we were away. Would definitely recommend Jaclyn to anyone looking for cat care!

One of the best dog sitters for the hard to reach dog. Our pup is up there as the toughest customer ( fearful anxious ) & we appreciate Kelcya's calm, steady approach to providing care, meds & feeding. Even when the dog refuses all attempts to eat his meds/food a good chunk of the time, Kelcya keeps on trying. It's means a lot when your miles away, just knowing your pups are safe & cared for by a professional. Thank you!

ulie has been amazing looking after my pup. Ziggy recently turned one and has been by my side for most of the time. This has been a sudden routine change for both of us, me going into the office. Julie has helped us both with this transition. She’s extremely communicative, sends a ton of pictures of a very happy dog. I will continue to use her services and have peace that my pup is in good hands.

Taylor has been excellent!! Super consistent and communicative. She does a great job making sure I am informed about what goes on during the visits and ask for feedback on what she can improve which I really appreciate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great sitter for their pets.

Avery is absolutely AMAZING! She took such incredible care of our babies and treated them with the same love and attention we do. Coming home to happy, relaxed dogs who barely seemed to notice we had been gone was the biggest sign of how well they were cared for. It was obvious they felt safe, loved, and completely adored while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! We will 100% be booking with Avery again and recommending her to everyone we know. Thank you so much, Avery, you are truly the best. We’re so grateful for you!
