About: I lost my pittie Juice of nine years who passed away, I miss him deeply. I have thought of ways to give back that would fill my heart with joy. I would like to give back to other dog parents in need of help or an extra hand as a dog mama myself I have always loved dogs. I have grown up with large and smalls breeds my entire life and have watched my family and friends dogs throughout the years. I work hybrid remote, in office Wed-Thurs & about less than 10 min drive from work. I can be home the other days in the week and on weekends if needed. I live in 800 sq foot apartment and it can be spacious for large dog as well. I'd like to note, I reside on the third floor of my apartment and it is only stairs. My dog was as pittie 95lbs before he passed away. I live close to walking trails, nice neighbors, and close to two dog parks within a 5 minute drive.

I forgot to tell you that the little red ball is his favorite, and usually the pup cup will settle him down enough that he will eat. His bowl was empty when I got home so he must’ve ate after you left. Thank you for staying longer, and I’m guessing he just crashed after you left and took a nap. About: I love taking care of and interacting with cats and dogs. I truly have a soft spot for all animals and want to ensure they are getting the attention they deserve while their owners are away to know they are loved! Growing up, I had a pet husky and a Great Dane, and 2-4 cats at any time. My husky lived to be 17 years old, so I have experience and a special place in my heart for caring for senior dogs. I also spent over 10 years in the military where I would often be asked to pet sit for coworkers and friends when they would be required to travel for extended periods of time for work or when they’d travel far to visit their family. Many times it was last minute, but I always found a way to seamlessly help them out and their beloved pets! I currently work independently and am able to set my own schedule. I will adjust my schedule around your pet’s needs. I can board pets in my home throughout the week. Walks or check-ins can be scheduled throughout the day. I have a fenced-in back yard and a doggy door. My 75-lb border collie mix, Jackson, is docile and loves to play with other dogs. He has lived with a corgi, 2 labradoodles, and a German shepherd in the past. I require meeting dogs in person before boarding them in my home to ensure they get along with Jackson. When I visit other homes, I like to spend quality time with the dogs in addition to regular care. This may include play time, walks, and giving them affection (if that is their personality).

Growing up in a household of 6 animals and 2 veterinarians I know the ins and outs of how to keep your pet safe while also providing them with the best play dates. About: I had a German shepherd for eleven years and miss the feeling of a big cuddly furball around! I had my GSD since he was 8 weeks old, so I have puppy experience (potty training, crate training, etc.) as well as senior care experience as he dealt with a lot of health issues (tripawd) as he aged and needed proper attention (medication, slower walks, etc.) I have experience caring for my family and friends’ dogs where I’ve boarded in my home, stayed overnight in their homes where their pets are most comfortable, and/or gone over for just walks, feedings, and playtime. Chelsea did a great job with my senior grumpy cat, lovable but obese furball, and latest addition young cat. I got daily updates and she even helped with a bit of vacuuming when the litter box got out of hand. Communication was great even though I was out of the country and there was an issue with the front door. She easily fixed it with minimal instructions from afar.

Jamiela checked in on our elderly dog Tika every day for the week we were away on vacation. She helped Tika go out to potty and spent time petting/massaging and brushing her. It was such a relief for me to have Jamiela checking in on her and allowed me to relax on vacation. My brother took care of Tika while we were gone, but had to work during the day and I was worried about Tika being alone all day, especiallywith the stress of my partner and I being gone. I would 100% book Jamiela again, she was super reliable and clearly cared about Tika and was comfortable with an elderly dog.

Sydney was fantastic. She really helped us out for a long stretch of drop in visits on short notice. She communicated quickly and took excellent care of our large (but friendly) dog.
