About: Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and caring for them comes naturally to me. Throughout my life, I’ve helped rescue stray kittens, safely return lost dogs to their families, and provided loving end-of-life care for my childhood dog. These experiences have taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I’m dedicated to treating every pet as if they were my own. I work part-time as an after-school program manager, with my workday beginning at 11:00 AM and ending at 6:30 PM on weekdays. This allows me to be available for morning visits, walks, feedings, drop-ins, and other pet care before 11:00 AM. I’m also fully available on weekends, giving me plenty of time to provide attentive care, overnight stays, extended visits, or last-minute bookings. I take pride in being dependable, communicative, and making sure every pet receives the love and attention they deserve while their owners are away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I live in a quiet, pet-friendly apartment community with plenty of safe walking paths and several nearby parks within walking distance, making it easy to provide regular exercise and outdoor time without the need for car rides if your pet isn’t comfortable traveling. I also have crates available if your pet is crate-trained or needs a secure space to relax. Although I currently don’t have any pets of my own after recently saying goodbye to my childhood dog, my home is already stocked with cozy beds, toys, and other pet essentials to help your furry friend feel welcome and at home. About: I’ve been around pets my whole life. I have my own cat, Button, whom I love dearly and have taken care of pets for my friends lately. I am in between jobs so I am free to work with whatever schedule you have. If you have leftover food that needs to be used, I’d be happy to not let them go to waste. I prefer to care for your pets in their home territory. I am very easy going and happy to follow any instructions you have for me.

About: Since I was young I have always been surrounded by dogs. From puppies to seniors. Since I was the oldest of the family, the responsibility to care for the furry friends was mine. Daily. I have my own dog. She is a husky mix named Sarabi. I adopted her when I moved out of my parents home and had her since college. I currently live in a two bedroom duplex with my partner. There is a yard as well. The park is within walking distance and some local shops nearby are dog friendly.

About: As a dog owner of 2, I value someone who will treat my dogs as their own. As a dog sitter, your dog would be in the best care and will receive all the love I give my own. I mostly work from home Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm so I am available anytime after 5pm during the weekday and anytime on the weekends. If needed, I can also be available for early morning during the weekday. I would like to sit only at clients homes so each pet will can feel the most comfortable. Also since I have 2 dogs at home, feel like it is the safest option to only be at clients home.

Communication is a major part of the service I provide, so I enjoy sending regular photos, videos, and updates throughout their stay. I would rather communicate too much than leave a family wondering how their dog is doing. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable second home where dogs can relax and enjoy themselves while their family is away not an environment that feels like being placed in a kennel. I have a comfortable home with a fully fenced yard where dogs have room to play, explore, enjoy supervised outdoor time, or simply relax. I take a calm, patient, and structured approach to caring for dogs. I believe dogs thrive with a healthy balance of affection, freedom, exercise, positive reinforcement, and clear rules and boundaries. Structure should help a dog feel secure and understand what is expected of them without taking away their opportunity to be a dog. Understanding canine behavior and body language is especially important to me. I pay attention to the smaller signals dogs use to communicate whether they are excited, uncertain, overstimulated, uncomfortable, ready to play, or simply in need of some quiet time. Every dog has its own personality, history, routine, and comfort level, and I believe good care starts with respecting those differences. Charlie Girl is a happy, social dog who genuinely enjoys connecting and playing with other dogs. Even so, I never assume that two dogs will immediately be comfortable together. Introductions and interactions are handled thoughtfully and supervised, with each dog's behavior and comfort level determining how quickly they progress. I also make it a priority to follow the routines and expectations established by each dog's family, including feeding schedules, sleeping arrangements, walking routines, training cues, boundaries, and other care instructions. Consistency can make being away from home much easier for a dog. Most importantly, I take the responsibility of caring for someone else's dog seriously. These animals are members of their families, just as the dogs throughout my life have been members of mine. I want owners to leave knowing their dog is being watched closely, treated with patience and respect, given meaningful attention and enrichment, and welcomed into a home where their safety and well being come first. Regular photos, videos, and checkins are part of that commitment so you never have to wonder how your dog is doing.
