“Mack had a great time with Grisel! She sent many photos throughout the day, and Mack was playing with other dogs and looked very happy. Grisel is very responsive and great with Mack!”

“Happy I found Martha to take care of Niko. She responds in a timely manner & very flexible with my last minute requests. She ask all the important questions to assure she provides the best care for your fur-child. My shy Niko and her sweet pup Misty got along really well hanging out for the first time. Niko enjoyed his stay with Martha & her family!”

“Cedric was amazing!!! Hands down the best doggy care one could ask for. He consistently kept me updated about what they had done for the day. Thank you again Cedric!!”

“Tanisha was fantastic with my dog Morty. My dog is reactive and nervous around new dogs, and she was willing to do whatever it takes to make sure he would feel comfortable with her and her dog. We did a meet and greet, followed by a test overnight board and test daycare. It was incredible to see how well my dog settled in with her. You can tell she cares a lot about the dogs she watches. I got a lot of pictures and videos of my dog while he was with Tanisha (more than I've ever gotten from a sitter). I highly recommend Tanisha!”

“Becky is the best dog sitter ever. She takes such good care of my dog Charlie, she’s very reliable and the best dog photographer. I know my dog is safe and happy when he’s with her. Thank you again!”

About: I started volunteering at the Antioch Animal Shelter in the 4th grade. Since then I have volunteered at numerous shelters and rescues, including the emergency animal shelter in Oroville after the Camp Fire. I'm Disaster Animal Rescue Team (D.A.R.T.) trained, animal CPR and first aid certified, and have years of TNR experience. I have had many exotics as pets, including a reef tank at one time. I have no issue feeding crickets and worms, but I can't feed snakes rodents. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so that would traumatize me. Lol. I also love rodents, and currently have 2 rescue guinea pigs. Animal care and nutrition are a passion of mine. I'm also an expert teeth brusher! I brush my cats and dogs teeth every night and some of my pet sits as well. I'm very experienced giving medication, even pills to cats and my recently adopted cat Ricky is diabetic. Two of my regular cats I sit take meds, and one gets insulin injections, so I'm very comfortable with both and also know how to check blood glucose. Animals are allowed on the furniture in my home, even the bed. A couple of dogs I regularly sit sleep in the bed with me and my dogs. I treat other people's furbabies the way I would want my furbabies treated. I'm a helicopter pet parent so I totally understand how hard it is to trust someone with the ones you love. If I ever thought something was wrong with your pet I would notify you asap, and I have no issue taking an animal to the vet. I have a rescue dog who has occasional seizures and a rescue kitty with kidney disease that I give sub-q fluids to every day, so I am very comfortable with special needs animals. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to pet care. I actually have a pet thermometer and carry a microchip reader in my truck with an extra leash. You'd be surprised how many times I've used that chip reader! Being a helicopter pet parent I NEVER EVER leave an animal outside alone, not even in my fenced in yard. I don't take chances. I'm also obsessively clean, so your litter box will not be a hot mess when you return, and if your dog uses a potty pad no problem. I also have waterproof vinyl plank flooring so accidents and kitty puke is easy to clean up. :-D. When I board animals it is very much mi casa esu casa! I'm also more than happy to water plants when I do drop-ins as well, since I have them myself and am also a gardener. :-) I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 days I come home for lunch since the office is only 2.5 miles from my house. I'm home most weekends as well. I follow the care instructions to the letter. If your pup requires a crate it must be brought with them, since mine are not crated. I am comfortable giving medication and supplements, measuring food, following a raw food diet, feeding exotics, etc. I'm also comfortable grooming for an extra fee, but will never ignore a mat in their fur or charge extra for daily grooming like toothbrushing.

“Miya is incredible! She took the time to research my dog’s breed and focused on acclimating my dog to her home and surroundings. I appreciate the fact that she cared enough to take the time to observe whether our dog was a good fit for her and vice versa.”

“This was Mitzi’s first time staying with Matt, and it went really well. She was a little nervous at first, but Matt was patient and made her feel comfortable. He communicated regularly and sent photo updates, which I really appreciated. By the end of the stay, she seemed relaxed and happy. I’d definitely book with Matt again. Thanks for taking such great care of Mitzi!”

“I felt so comfortable leaving our cheyanne in jans care. Everything about this first time experience using a doggie daycare was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for taking such great care of our family during a time of need!”

“Sade responded very quick on a Saturday night for a Sunday morning booking. My shy pup was well taken care , safe and sound! Sade updated me with photos of her settling in throughout the day. Sade and her family are a responsible, loving pet haven. We will be back!”

About: Hello there! My name is Josh, and I’m an enthusiastic dog caretaker who would love the chance to take care of your dog. At first glance, you might be unsure if this guy who looks like a pirate can reliably care for your furry friend. Rest assured, I am dedicated to meeting your dog’s needs in a safe and fun environment. I will ensure that your dog feels loved and happy. I prioritize open communication with pet owners to build trust. A little background about me: I currently have a rare brain tumor that makes it difficult for me to hold a regular job. The tumor is stable and only affects my vision in my left eye. I hope that with treatment, I will soon overcome this health challenge so I can return to school to become an MRI technician. In the meantime, I’m happy to work with Rover to save up for that goal. Taking care of your pets would mean a lot to me and would help me progress toward my aspirations. I promise to go above and beyond in my service to show my appreciation. I also have a well-behaved Belgian Malinois named Nezuko, who gets along with all dogs. If you’d like, we can arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand—I’d be happy to do so. If you'd like to see my pup. Thank you for reading, and I hope to meet you and your furry friend soon! I am on permanent disability so i am available at all times. I am still very active and I walk my own dog 3-4 miles a day. I have a huge park across the street that I take my dog to every day. If your dog is not good off-leash, I have a 50 ft leash they can use if they have a compatible vest. My dog is very friendly and loves playing with other dogs. She does get very excited when she sees new dogs and people, but I've never seen her be aggressive with any dog or person.
“Today was Bruno’s second day with Kazue and he ran right up to her front door and was ready to play with her. She sends great pics and videos of him and he’s seemed to gotten very comfortable with her. Thank you Kazue for taking good care of my baby.”

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my deep understanding of dog behavior and my genuine passion for creating a safe, fun, and loving environment for every pup I care for. I don’t just “watch” dogs—I engage with them through structured play, enrichment activities, and tailored routines based on their needs and personalities. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as a stay-at-home mom. I’m already used to maintaining a structured, nurturing environment, and that translates perfectly to caring for pets. I’m home throughout the day, so I can provide consistent attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my focus is always on creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment.

I have a wonderful sense of humor, am playful, and will go the extra mile to tend to your animal and house-sitting needs. I will follow the instructions you leave and will aim to make it seem like you would never even know I was there, because things will be so clean and tidy.
About: I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits etc. I believe animals come into our lives to make it better and to give us unconditional love. I have trained all my puppies as well as cared for my parents elderly Bullmastiff. I am very sensitive to the needs of pets and can feel when something is wrong. My schedule is open Monday - Sunday, I am a stay at home fur mom and I can not wait to meet your fur baby. All of my cats and dogs are indoor. I believe that is the safest way to keep them healthy and protected. However, if your fur baby is outside I will make sure all gates, doors are closed, locked and secure!
“Roy was awesome! He was flexible with pick up times and sent me a ton of photos during the stay. When I picked up my pup, he didn’t want to leave which was a great sign! Would definitely rebook :)”

Jessica has watched and boarded my dog Bodhi for me many times. She has been absolutely wonderful with Bodhi, and you can tell she loves him like he’s part of her family. Bodhi and her dog Poppy get along wonderfully , and have become little besties. She is reliable, communicative, and clearly very experienced with dogs. I really appreciate that she goes the extra mile by sending me pictures, videos and updates when she is in his care. It is obvious that Jessica genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Bodhi is always happy and well cared for, and I feel completely comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate sitter or dog walker!
Kimberly was amazing! She kept persisting through George‘s problem with giving back the ball during games of fetch and figured out how to keep him going, without any guidance from us! Lots of pics and responsiveness, and even a pup cup treat out and about. We recommend Kimberly and we will definitely be back! 🙌🐶🫶🏻

Mir was amazing! She was able to watch Bella on short notice & was very communicative throughout. Since it was my first time using Rover, I was a little nervous, especially because Bella has some separation anxiety but Mir put me completely at ease. When I picked Bella up, she was calm & happy, which says it all. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Kristen was amazing!! She took my last minute request for day care and took very good care of my dog Mochi. She was very nice and responsive, thoughtful of the way she introduced mochi to her dogs, and even proactively sent me tons of cute photos of Mochi. Would recommend !!
