From the initial meeting to introduce herself to Dubu and me to series of communications to prepare me for dropping Dubu off at her place made it easy and set up an expectation of what to expect. I could feel that Miya was very dedicated to the wellbeing of the dogs in her care. Taking Dubu out to walk 4 times in an one day stay just because Dubu wouldn’t go potty shows this. About: I have experience with many different types of animals. I have cats, dogs, a snake, a lizard, snails, and fish. I also lived on a farm and have experience with farm animals. I am good at training dogs and have experience with animal's medication management. My dog has an anxiety disorder, and one of my cats had an intense medical scare which required medication three times a day. Work to provide the best for all my animals, and I'll work to provide the best for yours as well. I currently work part-time during the days. There is never a time where my house is unsupervised for more than a few hours at a time to go out and eat or run errands. With my dogs, I typically crate them when I leave to prevent them from causing problems like digging in the trash, but that is up to your discretion for your animal. I live in a house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have a fenced in yard that my two dogs frequently run around in. I have a small inflatable pool for the animals to play in during the heat. I will take care to attend to each animal's individualized needs, so if your dogs needs to be crated at certain times or has specific triggers please let me know.

About: I got my first puppy when I was 7 years old he was a fox terrier/pomeranian. He was my best friend we did everything together. By the time he was 3 years old I taught him how to sit, lay down, bedtime, and how to dance. After he left when I was 12, I sat for family and friends, Most times, I went to sit for the pup(fed,walked, cleaned up after, bathed) while the adult set for the children. As I got older, I was able to start doing over nights by myself at home and at the family's home. My first over night I was 16 years old. He was my 4 month old chihuahua mix cousin named Man, it was right after I had just gotten my 5 week old puppy who I bottle fed. I'll never forget, the Best weekend I'm working on my personal/lifestyle blog. So I'll have plenty of time for your baby, my BFFFL- Best Fur Friend For Life. Can't wait for our play date!! I live with my mom who has a pup and niece who has a pup. I take them both for walks, there are plenty of parks in the area. There's also a starbucks close by, so during the hot seasons I take them for a pup iced tea(ice water honey and whipped cream).... Also I enjoy dressing them like children. My fur brother really enjoys it! My fur nephew doesn't, so I don't force it. I have a kitty she tolerates it. My kitty doesn't like pictures neither does my fur nephew. I treat my clients fur babies the same way I treat mine like the pure angels they are. God blessed us with them for a reason.

We did a meet and greet, followed by a test overnight board and test daycare. It was incredible to see how well my dog settled in with her. You can tell she cares a lot about the dogs she watches. About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was 10. I have experience caring for senior dogs as well as puppy care! I also have experience with training. Puppies have a special place in my heart, and I don’t think I would ever turn down watching a puppy!!! Danielle was very responsive and kept me informed the day Heath was in her care.”

About: I am returning to Rover after a long hiatus while pursuing my PhD. Before my beloved Stella (black pitty) passed away, we had a wonderful time dog-sitting for clients. After many years of grief and a very, very busy life in my doctoral program, I have another doggy companion, Bruce. We enjoy working from home together and are excited to care for your pets! Training my boxer, Bruce, has been such a rewarding experience, and we hope to have the chance to help others on their journeys to build strong connections between handlers and their beloved companions. Working from home allows me to adapt to different needs and routines to stick as closely as possible with your pets current routine to give them a sense of familiarity. My boxer, Bruce, knows when it is time for his meals, bedtime, or when I need to step out to run errands for the day. I intend to do the same by adapting to your pet's routine so they feel at ease.

As a cat sitter first and foremost, I only accept ONE dog PER booking to ensure I can provide the best possible care and attention. Though I'm newer to dog care, I'm patient, attentive, and eager to provide a safe, calm environment for dogs who are easygoing and enjoy a relaxed routine. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions and making sure your pup feels comfortable and cared for while you're away. My heart is with cats, but I'm always happy to give well-mannered dogs the love and attention they deserve too! I'm currently open and have a flexible schedule, so I'm happy to work around your pet's unique needs whether it's regular visits or last-minute plans. Your pet's comfort and routine always come first. Because I may be caring for other pets throughout the day, I can't always guarantee an exact visit time. If your requested time is already booked, I'll reach out as soon as possible to see if there's a nearby time that works for you. If your pet needs medication or has a strict schedule, please let me know in your booking request so I can make sure I can accommodate their needs. I do require an in-person meet and greet before confirming any new booking. This helps ensure your pet feels comfortable and we're a great fit! As a proud cat mom, I care for my cats with a lot of love, patience, and attention to detail. Each of them has their own personality and needs, so I make sure their routines are consistent, their environment feels safe, and they get both playtime and quiet comfort. From feeding and litter box cleaning to brushing and cozy cuddle time, I treat them like family because to me, they are.
About: ur friendly neighborhood avid animal lover here to help you with your fur babies! as a former animal shelter employee and current animal hospital worker, I’m familiar with all different kinds of dogs and cats of different ages, breeds, demeanors and needs. I’m comfortable with young puppies to seniors, nervous/shy cats, those who need medication and anyone in between ☺️ I’m located right in the heart of the Mission District and work in Noe Vallley, so anywhere in those two areas are easy for me to access. I also have a car and can access further if need be! As someone who has seen plenty of emergency cases in my profession, I’m very specially aware within people’s homes of what may be considered safe or unsafe for your baby. Just let me know if I need to keep an extra eye on a specific room or piece of furniture in your room!
About: I got my first puppy when I was 7 years old he was a fox terrier/pomeranian. He was my best friend we did everything together. By the time he was 3 years old I taught him how to sit, lay down, bedtime, and how to dance. After he left when I was 12, I sat for family and friends, Most times, I went to sit for the pup(fed,walked, cleaned up after, bathed) while the adult set for the children. As I got older, I was able to start doing over nights by myself at home and at the family's home. My first over night I was 16 years old. He was my 4 month old chihuahua mix cousin named Man, it was right after I had just gotten my 5 week old puppy who I bottle fed. I'll never forget, the Best weekend I'm working on my personal/lifestyle blog. So I'll have plenty of time for your baby, my BFFFL- Best Fur Friend For Life. Can't wait for our play date!! I live with my mom who has a pup and niece who has a pup. I take them both for walks, there are plenty of parks in the area. There's also a starbucks close by, so during the hot seasons I take them for a pup iced tea(ice water honey and whipped cream).... Also I enjoy dressing them like children. My fur brother really enjoys it! My fur nephew doesn't, so I don't force it. I have a kitty she tolerates it. My kitty doesn't like pictures neither does my fur nephew. I treat my clients fur babies the same way I treat mine like the pure angels they are. God blessed us with them for a reason.
About: My name is Marissa and I'm am excited to return to Rover! My love for animals has been around since I was a child but blossomed during my time volunteering for an animal shelter. In addition to my volunteer work, I had an English Springer Spaniel for 11 years and a cat for 8 years, so I have quite a bit of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have administered oral medication, washed and walked dogs, helped train dogs, and brushed their teeth. I'm very patient with all cats and dogs and give them my full attention. I'm available most weekends and some weekdays, especially with advanced notice. Any specific requests? Let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate! I am currently working M-F from 8:00-5:00, but can accommodate weekday drop-in visits with additional notice. My main availability is on weekends and holidays. I take great care to ensure my clients’ homes are respected. I always offer to water any plants or do any small chores in addition to pet sitting.

About: I have experience with many different types of animals. I have cats, dogs, a snake, a lizard, snails, and fish. I also lived on a farm and have experience with farm animals. I am good at training dogs and have experience with animal's medication management. My dog has an anxiety disorder, and one of my cats had an intense medical scare which required medication three times a day. Work to provide the best for all my animals, and I'll work to provide the best for yours as well. I currently work part-time during the days. There is never a time where my house is unsupervised for more than a few hours at a time to go out and eat or run errands. With my dogs, I typically crate them when I leave to prevent them from causing problems like digging in the trash, but that is up to your discretion for your animal. I live in a house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have a fenced in yard that my two dogs frequently run around in. I have a small inflatable pool for the animals to play in during the heat. I will take care to attend to each animal's individualized needs, so if your dogs needs to be crated at certain times or has specific triggers please let me know.

“Alexxa was above and beyond expectations with our young puppy. Because of his age, I was a bit nervous to leave him. Alexxa was a committed, communicative and flexible sitter who accepted a late, holiday weekend Hail Mary request to board for an event that arose. She made a stressful day positive by providing photo and text updates and reassurance that Ham (the puppy) was settling in fine after drop off. Really truly in good hands with Alexxa and company. Ham came back tired, happy from play and his normal self. Somehow completely on his normal schedule with zero change. Would happily book again given the him he got outdoors, around a safe family that talked to him (the dog likes words of affirmation haha). 10/10 dog boarding you won’t regret.”
About: My love for pets from a young age was so great that I willed my intense asthma and allergies to animals away by growing up with my childhood Jack Russell Terrier, Dash. For the canines, I have trained high anxiety reactive apartment dogs. and successfully established trust and security and worked together on their fears. For the felines, I adapt to their level of desired attention and mental fitness and remain as a constant presence - I don’t assume that they’re independent to be left on their own just because they are cats.
