About: I've had cats and dogs my entire life, and volunteered at the Bradshaw Animal Shelter for a year after college. I've fostered kittens and a senior cat with medical issues, and cared for many older pets over my life. I once house sit for a family with rabbits so I have a little bit of familiarity with them. I have house sit for friends with a standard poodle and a mini doodle, including giving the standard poodle his daily medication and taking them both for twice daily trips to the park. I have also checked in on my parents' two dogs and 5+ cats to feed them, let them out for potty breaks, play with them, and give them medication. My sweet orange tabby got cancer a few years ago and I fed him three times a day through a feeding tube and administered his medication as well. I work some evenings, so I am free most of the day to care for your furry friends. I take care of my own senior kitty in the mornings, after my evening shifts, and during any free days. I have pet sat for friends and family before, including giving medication and two daily walks. I will follow all instructions to the letter and ensure your pet feels right at home.

About: Hi, I am a major dog lover! Polly, my senior pup, is paralyzed and has taught me even more about special needs pups. Familiar with giving medication, BOAS, IVDD (able diaper and express the bladder if needed), Megaesophagus, clefts, food and environmental allergies, dog anxiety, food aggression/resource guarding, general puppy care, and senior care. While I have gained some of this experience through just being a pet owner, I have also learned a lot from dogs I have fostered and their rescues. Up until 2021 I taught full time in the classroom, now I teach 99% from home. This allows me to care for Polly as well as any friends or fosters I may have. Took some time away from Rover and have since moved to the Sacramento area. House sitting: I am extra vigilant with locking doors and checking the perimeter prior to letting a dog in/ out. Other notes: I am very well versed in giving medication and taking care of skin conditions. And because you can never be too safe we have pet oxygen on hand. *Male puppies excluded from neutering requirement. *House sitting- if you would like me to stay at your home during the work day, this can be discussed.

About: ur friendly neighborhood avid animal lover here to help you with your fur babies! as a former animal shelter employee and current animal hospital worker, I’m familiar with all different kinds of dogs and cats of different ages, breeds, demeanors and needs. I’m comfortable with young puppies to seniors, nervous/shy cats, those who need medication and anyone in between ☺️ I’m located right in the heart of the Mission District and work in Noe Vallley, so anywhere in those two areas are easy for me to access. I also have a car and can access further if need be! As someone who has seen plenty of emergency cases in my profession, I’m very specially aware within people’s homes of what may be considered safe or unsafe for your baby. Just let me know if I need to keep an extra eye on a specific room or piece of furniture in your room!

I personally have experience handling reactive and dog aggressive dogs and understand the importance of boundaries, supervision, and safe separation. Because other dogs may be in our care, I always want to know about reactivity or behavioral concerns beforehand so we can provide a safe and comfortable environment for every pet.

About: I love all animals, but especially dogs. I can come to your home for day care or over nights. I love to walk and am happy to take your pet on walks or play a game of catch. I have one well behaved shih tzu terrier who is friendly and loves to play with other dogs. I will dote on your pet as if it was my own, and you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well taken care of when you are away. I am available for day care and overnight boarding on weekdays and weekends. I love taking long walks so your pets will get plenty of exercise. I have many references I can provide on request. I will treat your pet like my own with lots of cuddles, fetch and exercise. I am very good at administering medications and getting even the pickiest eaters to eat their food.

About: I have been pet sitting for years and I have had or been around dogs all of my life. I travel for work so currently can’t have a dog of my own so helping others with their dogs is the next best thing. I have a lot of free time on my hands when I’m not traveling so my schedule is usually wide open. I travel for work about once a month and have a very open schedule when I’m in town. I know well ahead of time when my work will make me unavailable. I can’t host due living in a midtown apartment but I am available for drop ins, walks and overnights if the clients and I have an established relationship.

About: I’ve cared for personal pets, friends’ pets, and worked at an animal hospital for two years. I’m an excellent care giver to cats and dogs. Working at an animal hospital, I’ve learned to care for animal extensively. I have watched coworkers pets while they are away and always send photos. I clean up after pets, feed them, offer playtime, and if the client has a dog I also take them on long, engaging, stimulating walks.
