We are generally gone for 2-4 four nights and MJ stays at our home with them. We are totally comfortable with her and love how she cares for our furbabies. About: With over a decade of diverse experience in pet care, I am a passionate advocate for animal health and well-being. My passion for animals stems from my unique upbringing. My parents operated a board and care home for older adults in our own family home, where I was not only exposed to a wide range of people from different generations, but their animal companions as well. Helping care for their pets over the course of 13 years, I gained a deep understanding of the benefits, challenges, and role of human-pet relationships and pet ownership. As a pet owner myself, I've been responsible for large breed dogs like Labradors and Shepherds, and small breed dogs like Chihuahuas and Terriers, cats, rabbits, and Guinea pigs. This experience allowed me to see and feel firsthand how the extraordinary bonds we have with our pets are each as deep, long-lasting, and one-of-a-kind as the next. Today, I'm dedicated to offering exceptional love and care for other people's furry friends and family members as if they are my very own. My work is grounded in my belief that all animals deserve the same rights to kindness, respect, happiness and quality of life that we do. I'm a home-based / remote Brain and Cognitive Health Specialist and Aging and Adult Services Consultant offering nationally accredited education and evidence-based programs for older adults and people with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Being an independent contractor and small business owner allows me the autonomy and flexibility on weekdays to offer drop-in visits with my undivided attention, unhurried walks, and daycare with company and quality time. I have a spacious home (can easily crate dogs if required), a friendly but shy indoor cat, a sweet 6 year old boy (attends public school during typical weekdays), and a large grassy yard safe and secured with a fence, as well as my own, reliable transportation.

“Jesenia and her family were a great match for my two ridgebacks. Her dogs were friendly and the kids were very gentle and respectful of the pups space. I received several pictures and an excellent summary of their activity and behaviors through the day. It felt like I knew exactly what to expect, no surprises, and my dogs seemed relaxed and happy with their stay. They actually got excited in the backseat when we pulled up to their house and we’d only swung by for an initial meeting the week prior. The backyard is large and fully fenced, real grass, lots of trees and bushes for the dogs to smell for squirrels and explore. They both slept the whole way home, which never happens. Needless to say, I’m glad my pups have a place they look forward to going to, and I’ll definitely be booking again!”

About: I have had the pleasure of working at the Folsom zoo and veterinary clinic, and I have also gotten my green hand through the FFA I am a mom, so I have a crazy schedule, but I’m hoping to meet many new friends for walks! my chocolate lab is looking forward to it I have a fully fenced in backyard with locks on the gates, I have one dog who is very dog friendly and looking forward to meeting new friends. I have two cats, but they normally hide and we have eight chickens. I’m also looking forward to doing drop in appointments and helping people out by taking the dogs for walks.

About: I’ve been around dogs and animals my whole life! We’ve had dogs in our home since I’ve been 4 years old. I’ve cared for and helped train 3 dogs since they’ve been puppies. I’m currently a stay at home mom with my 1 year old daughter. We don’t currently have any pets of our own but my daughter loves my parents dogs and cat. We’ll have ample time to care for your animals! We have a decent sized fenced backyard and lots of living space in our house to roam around. My daughter and I also love being outdoors to play and take walks. I’m also very big on life enrichment for all animals.

She is very intuitive to animals needs. She cannot pass a animal without having to talk to it and pet it... She would have a house full of animals if she could.... I have personally known Deidra over 30 years and have seen her with her animals and others and know she would be a wonderful sitter for anyone's pets..”
