Tailored Stays for Happy Dogs

Your dog’s well-being is my top priority! As a certified dog trainer with a focus on positive reinforcement and shy dogs, I create a safe, engaging space where every guest feels right at home. Enrichment is at the heart of what I do—because dogs need more than just exercise. From scent games and puzzle-solving to relaxed cuddle time and structured play, I tailor each day to suit your dog’s needs and personality. Every furry friend enjoys multiple daily sniff walks, mental challenges, and for the sporty types, the chance to join a daily run. I welcome no more than two compatible dogs at a time to keep things calm and personalized. Whether it’s puppy daycare or overnight care, your dog will be in expert hands—with plenty of love, patience, and fun along the way!

We are so grateful to have found Corinne and the wonderful services that she offers to our family and our community. We are very particular as to who we will hire so when we found Corinne and her services it was a huge relief! Corinne is the perfect combination of knowledgeable, conscientious, and compassionate. We are highly impressed with Corinne's extensive background in animal welfare and animal behavior. It was extremely important that we find someone that only uses positive reinforcement methods. Our dog Charlie is very active and needs plenty of exercise and enrichment. Charlie has truly thrived at Corinne’s and we can see a big difference in his health both physically and mentally. The best part is seeing his happy face when he knows we are heading to her house. We finally feel comfortable being able to have a professional care for Charlie with the same love and care that we would give to him ourselves. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Corinne! You will not be disappointed.

Corinne is our friend and board member at Blackberry Creek Farm Animal Sanctuary. We met her at a volunteer day two years ago and she has faithfully volunteered every week since then. She is extremely responsible, hard working, compassionate, and excellent with animals. She house-sits for us and cares for the 82 animals who call Blackberry Creek home...a responsibility we entrust to very few people. She is also experienced with horse and dog training and caring for senior animals. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Calendar and availability

Schedule

I work from home with a flexible schedule, allowing me to plan each day around the needs of our furry guests—ensuring plenty of activity, enrichment, and attention. A typical day includes a couple of walks, and in between, we keep things fun and engaging with games in the backyard, from scent work to interactive play. Rather than dog parks, I focus on safe and enriching experiences on Folsom’s beautiful trails, giving your pup plenty of opportunities to explore, sniff, and enjoy outdoor time.

Safety, trust & environment

We have a securely fenced yard and a friendly resident dog who’s happy to keep your pup company if desired. While we can accommodate crate-trained dogs if needed, we prefer a more relaxed environment where they can simply hang out with us. All dogs are welcome in our bedroom but not on the furniture, ensuring a cozy yet structured space. Along with our canine companions, we also share our home with six guinea pigs.

Pets

A typical day

Mental and physical stimulation is very important to keep our furry friends happy, so this will be a priority during the stay at our house. A typical day includes several walks with lots of sniffing, additional playtime at home, and of course cuddles (if your dog doesn't care about walks and all he wants is cuddles, hey, who can resist?!).

Staying at a new place can be stressful. I kindly ask you to let me know ahead of time of any special needs or preferences of your dog so I can prepare accordingly. Your puppy should feel welcomed, loved, and comfortable right from the beginning when coming to us. In order to get to know you and your puppy, we'll schedule a Meet & Greet before agreeing on the stay. At this point, I can only take care of house-trained puppies and only dogs without severe separation anxiety issues. Unfortunately, I cannot accept aggressive dogs of any kind nor will I walk dogs with a prong, choke, or e-collar.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
