This was our first time leaving him with them, and we were initially a bit nervous since Tony is very dear to us — but from the moment we met them, they were kind, attentive, and clearly cared about making him feel comfortable. During our trip, they kept us updated every day with messages and photos, and they were always very responsive whenever we checked in. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing Tony was in such good hands. When we came back, Tony was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious that they treated him with a lot of love and attention. We truly appreciate the care and responsibility they showed, and we would absolutely trust them again in the future. We could not have had a better experience! I knew when I met Sarah at our meet and greet that our Frenchie would be in great hands with her but she exceeded our expectations. She provided daily updates, took Benny on daily walks, gave him lots of cuddles and treated him as he were her own. He was so sad to leave her. We are so thankful for Sarah!
