Coming home to find Andi looking so happy relaxed and healthy gave me total peace of mind. She sent regular pictures with updates about her welfare . I cannot thank Sixuan enough for taking care of our dog, Daisy Mae, at the last minute. Yesterday was the first time I ever used Rover and was matched with Sixuan after waiting for my initial request to be approved. Sixuan contacted immediately regarding my last minute request to board Daisy overnight. She went out of her way to even provide me with a first-time discount code. She provided clear and consistent communication all the way up until we brought Daisy to her house. Sixuan was warm and welcoming to my fiancée, her daughter, and I when we entered her home. After an initial introduction period between Sixuan, and another dog she was boarding, it was clear that Daisy was in good hands. Over the two-day period, Sixuan provided photos and videos of Daisy as she gradually became accumulated to her home. I could see that Daisy was enjoying her company and allowing herself to relax while we were away. I have already booked a 5-day stay for Daisy next month based on how Sixuan treated Daisy like family. I couldn't be happier with her services. I recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
Sylvia was great. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She has a lovely home and a very sweet dog and her dog and ours got along great. A nice backyard for them to romp around in, and a lot of attentive care. We felt great about his stay with Sylvia. Would definitely take advantage of her hosting again. Highly recommended.
Galady the best care of our sweet Bumblebee while we were out of town for the weekend. She made sure she was comfortable, cared for and attended to, and sent me lots of updates. Bumblebee loved playing with Galady's puppy Shadow, and they are now best friends. It is not every day you find a pet sitter that gives you full confidence that your precious dog is safe and cared for. I will definitely book pet sitting with Galady again. ☺️
My dog got lots of yard time and walks. Jay and Yasmith were very communicative and clearly have prior experience. My dog can be a bit anxious and has a loud bark, but they were very accommodating. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them and would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Zhuoqi and Chih taking care of our dog Tony. This was our first time leaving him with them, and we were initially a bit nervous since Tony is very dear to us — but from the moment we met them, they were kind, attentive, and clearly cared about making him feel comfortable. During our trip, they kept us updated every day with messages and photos, and they were always very responsive whenever we checked in. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing Tony was in such good hands. When we came back, Tony was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious that they treated him with a lot of love and attention. We truly appreciate the care and responsibility they showed, and we would absolutely trust them again in the future. Marian did an amazing job caring for my dog Charlotte for five nights in my home. She was professional and respectful throughout. Although it was my first time meeting someone through the Rover website, upon meeting her, she had my full trust. Charlotte is a very active dog and can be a handful. Marian took her to the dog park every day and kept her busy with play time in the evening. She communicated with me regularly and sent photos so I didn't have to worry. I am sure Charlotte missed us, but we came home to a happy dog. I feel lucky to have found a person to help us care for Charlotte who is as kind and knowledgeable as Marian. I hope to have her dog sit for me again in the future.
