This was our first time with Alyssa. Unfortunately, my little girl went on a hunger strike for a few days. Alyssa kept me aware and informed. I really appreciated that because she became very ill the last time I boarded her. That sitter took good care of her too. I would definately use Alyssa again.
My dog got lots of yard time and walks. Jay and Yasmith were very communicative and clearly have prior experience. My dog can be a bit anxious and has a loud bark, but they were very accommodating. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them and would highly recommend.
This was Sierra’s first time with Greg—she is usually a little anxious in new situations but settled in very quickly with him. He understands dogs and he knew exactly how to make Sierra comfortable and at ease. He sent us multiple photos every day and updated us frequently. We were able to enjoy our trip with no worries about how she was getting along. We’ll definitely book Greg again!
Darlene was so great to our puppies! She watched all three of my dogs and all three had such a great time. She sent SO many updates and photos it made me so happy. They almost didn’t want to leave 😆. I would definitely book with Darlene as many times as I can in the future!
We had a wonderful experience with Zhuoqi and Chih taking care of our dog Tony. This was our first time leaving him with them, and we were initially a bit nervous since Tony is very dear to us — but from the moment we met them, they were kind, attentive, and clearly cared about making him feel comfortable. During our trip, they kept us updated every day with messages and photos, and they were always very responsive whenever we checked in. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing Tony was in such good hands. When we came back, Tony was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious that they treated him with a lot of love and attention. We truly appreciate the care and responsibility they showed, and we would absolutely trust them again in the future. Highly recommended!
Marian did an amazing job caring for my dog Charlotte for five nights in my home. She was professional and respectful throughout. Although it was my first time meeting someone through the Rover website, upon meeting her, she had my full trust. Charlotte is a very active dog and can be a handful. Marian took her to the dog park every day and kept her busy with play time in the evening. She communicated with me regularly and sent photos so I didn't have to worry. I am sure Charlotte missed us, but we came home to a happy dog. I feel lucky to have found a person to help us care for Charlotte who is as kind and knowledgeable as Marian. I hope to have her dog sit for me again in the future.
Jennifer was amazing with our puppy Juniper. She took such great care of her. You can tell she loves dogs and is great with them based on how well behaved her own are. Natalie was warm, sweet, and took GREAT care of our girl. She is extremely competent and even watched our elderly dog who was in the middle of a gastroenteritis flair up requiring medication and close watching as she’s been super sick. I will DEFINITELY use Natalie again and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Natalie for the peace of mind leaving Lila overnight with you while she has been so sick!!
