“First I must say I do not like boarding my baby Gracie at all. I needed to find some way I could board my Gracie that was not a kennel so I could be confident my baby would be well taken care of so I could enjoy my travel. Found Rover.com and decided to give it a try. Started searching the sitters & I found Irvin & Susan. The reviews were great so decided to do a meet and greet. Everything about the atmosphere was great as was Susan. Booked a short stay to see how it worked out. I really appreciated the daily updates and pictures of how Gracie was doing. When I picked up Gracie she was her happy self & when we got home there was no sulking as there has been with a kennel. Fortunately, Irvin & Susan enjoyed by Gracie too. I look forward to using Irvin & Susan again next year when I go on my cruise and be able to enjoy my time knowing Gracie will be well taken care of. Thank You Irvin & Susan.”

He got toys and attention every day, played with her sweet dog Jax, and he came home smelling like he got a bath! She was also very responsive and sent us periodic updates with photos. We will absolutely be going to Melissa next time we need a dog sitter, and we'll be recommending her to our friends.”

“We just love Jetta! She is such a caring and loving person with a big heart for animals. Jetta boarded our big bear of an Australian Shephard, Cody, for a week over Thanksgiving. She took him out for multiple walks every day, played and engaged him, and lathered him with love. Jetta also made sure that Cody received his meds twice every day as he was getting over a tussle with a rose bush. We enjoyed getting the daily updates and pictures of our guy, knowing he was being so well cared for. We chose Jetta because traditional boarding is not for us. We didn't want our dog caged up while we were away. He is used to having free access to our home and being surrounded by family. She listened to all our concerns and took the time to gain Cody's trust on our first visit. Jetta is so patient and kind. I honestly can't say enough wonderful comments about her! Thank you, Jetta! Cody will be back to play with you again soon!!”
