About: I have volunteered at the Monterey County SPCA and completed 36 hours whilst at college. I learned how to properly care for animals and carried out various tasks such as cleaning, ensuring the animals are physically active, and answering questions from the public. I have been around numerous types of animals my time at the SPCA from dogs to bunnies. I have seen all ages of animals from ten years old to eighth month old puppies yet, I ensure every animal is given the upmost care. Pet care fits into my daily schedule because I have two senior dogs of my own. Care giving is not a new skill for me I have been caring for animals for about thirteen years. Pet care is something that I am very passionate about and that is a job I truly enjoy. Throughout my life I have always been surrounded by animals. I currently have two Chihuahuas. One being thirteen and the other around ten years old. My duties have always been to feed them, take them out as needed, and occasionally take them on walks. One of our cats requires medication, and she handled that with care and confidence, which gave us great peace of mind.
