Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have two dogs of my own—a Belgian Malinois and a Golden Retriever—so I’m very comfortable handling different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I’ve cared for pets for friends and families, including homes with multiple dogs and cats. I’ve also helped care for farm animals like horses and goats. Because of that, I’m very comfortable being around different types of animals and making sure they get the attention and care they need. I’d love to help with walks or drop-in visits and will always treat your pets like they’re my own.

I care for every pet as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your animals, and I take that responsibility seriously. During visits, I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, fed, and getting the attention they need. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and routine so they feel relaxed while their owner is away. As a pet owner myself, I know how much peace of mind it brings when someone treats your pets with kindness and care. My goal is always to provide a safe, calm, and loving experience for every pet I look after.

McKenzie always goes above and beyond. She is wonderful with our two big dogs, who just adore her. She always sends photos, and is on time for her appointments. We know our pups are in good hands. Thank you for always getting back to me so promptly.
McKenzie did a great job taking care of our 15 year old cat! McKenzie was very responsive and easy to communicate with and she provided many pictures each day along with written details about how her daily visit went. We really appreciate everything McKenzie did to care for our pet while we were away. We would definitely ask McKenzie to care for our pet again! Thank you McKenzie!

We are a military family so we've moved a ton and feel like we've had about a billion Rovers. McKenzie is hands down, bar-none the best one we have ever had. It was the first trip where I feel like I could really relax because she was taking such good care of them. The time and effort she took with pictures and messages made me feel like she really got to know our dogs, too. It wasn't just a job - she really cared. So thankful for her and we will absolutely be using her services again!
This is our second time using her, and she has been amazing! We reached out last minute, and thankfully she was available. She made everything feel so easy and comfortable, as if she had been coming to our house and watching our dog for years. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine because taking care of animals is already a big part of my daily life. I have two dogs of my own, so making sure they are fed, exercised, and given attention every day is a top priority for me. Because of that, caring for my clients’ pets will be just as important. I plan my schedule to make sure pets receive reliable care, attention, and consistency during walks or drop-in visits.
