“Valeria did an excellent job of caring for our three cats - including our new shy feral kitten. She sent daily photos, videos, and updates on each of the cats. In each of these pictures, our cats were clearly enjoying their time with Valeria. Our feral baby even came out from his hiding place and chased his bouncy balls and watched the fun. Valeria engaged our cats, kept them fed and watered, cleaned their litter boxes, and even tidied up their messes of litter all over the floor and dirty soft food plates. I didn't expect this! She paid close attention to all of the details I gave her regarding the cats and is a very polite and pleasant person. If you want someone who will take great care of your pets, hire Valeria.”

I just hate not having my pups with me but using rover in the past and being a dog watcher on rover as well has allowed me to have the peace i needed while going on vacations! I started being a rover sitter just to give people a person they can leave their pets with and not stress out while on vacation. I will only ever treat your pup like they were my own! I have been taking care of animals all my life from butterflies to horses and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I have worked in vet offices and was a vet tech so if any extra care is needed, I got you covered from giving medication (pills or insulin etc.) to anything other medical need your pup may have while you leave them with me! My availability through the week is pretty flexible since I am in my master program, I only have class two days a week at night time. “Michael was quick to respond when we were looking for a last minute daycare option for our dog with separation anxiety. She must be with humans at all times or she panics and becomes destructive to herself and property. She is shy with strangers but warmed up quickly to Michael and his daycare pack. I received several pictures and an excellent summary of their activity and behaviors through the day. It felt like I knew exactly what to expect, no surprises, and my dogs seemed relaxed and happy with their stay. They actually got excited in the backseat when we pulled up to their house and we’d only swung by for an initial meeting the week prior. The backyard is large and fully fenced, real grass, lots of trees and bushes for the dogs to smell for squirrels and explore. They both slept the whole way home, which never happens. Needless to say, I’m glad my pups have a place they look forward to going to, and I’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Five stars, no hesitation. Luz came out to the curb to meet us at drop-off, which was such a thoughtful touch. There’s always that awkward moment as a first-time visitor where you’re not sure whether to knock or ring the doorbell, and she just took that off the table entirely. She followed all my care instructions carefully and, most impressively, rolled with a last-minute curveball: our younger dog ended up needing his neuter surgery earlier than expected, so she had to take on a whole set of post-op instructions with very little notice. She handled it without missing a beat. Her own dog was an absolute gem, calm, gentle, not a barker. That matters more than it might sound. I always worry about my dogs picking up bad habits from an anxious or reactive dog, and that was just never a concern here. Both of my dogs are Chihuahua mix puppies, which is exactly as much energy as it sounds like. She had nothing but kind things to say about them at pick-up, which honestly I appreciated, because I can barely say that about them on a high-energy day. Most telling: they were asleep within 60 seconds of getting in the car. That’s always my gold standard for a good stay. She was also wonderfully communicative throughout, sending pictures and videos regularly. I don’t always need that from a sitter, but with someone new, it means everything to know they’re being attentive. Luz absolutely was. I’ve used a number of sitters in the Roseville and Rocklin area over the years and honestly never walked away from a drop-off feeling truly at ease. This was the first time. I felt confident the whole time that my dogs were in the best possible hands. Highly recommend, especially if you have puppies or dogs with special needs.”

I have my own reliable car and am a nonsmoker. When I'm house sitting, I am very respectful of pet owners' houses and their privacy. I will care for your pet in any type of environment. I love playing with pets outdoors, playing fetch, and brushing them. I also enjoy taking dogs on long walks. Small indoor settings are also great. I provide lots of indoor play time and attention and affection.
About: I have been taking care of pups and cats since I was a child. Ive always has such a strong love animals and helping others, so I am grateful to help in anyway I can. I’ve trained my Dog the Basics and she is allowed in the house but only on her bed or the floor. No furniture. We go for walks and play and chill and watch movies. We even have snack time.
