Kea developed a hot spot (ikely due to anxiety, as boarding was new for her) on her leg and kelsey was quick to report it, kept it sprayed with ointment, and provided a lamp shade to prevent scratching. I am thankful for Kelsey and her family for caring for Kea so well and highly recommend her/them to any dog owner!

I was nervous having to use this app for my dogs to stay the night at a strangers house. My original plans fell through. Hailey not only accommodated my last minute plans so I could still go on my trip, I completely messed up the booking and she had no clue problems accommodating this as well. She gave me updates throughout the visit. I was so happy to hear my dogs got along great with her dogs and kids. She used her best judgement on when she introduced the dogs which all I wanted was for her to be comfortable. I did tell her my dogs go to daycare 4 days a week so I know my dogs are well behaved but you still never know. I will definitely be using her again. She already said she would be happy to watch my dogs for my vacation in July.
