I've had dogs all my life and consider them family. I've taken care of family and friends dogs for decades. We walk our dog daily, rain or shine. Your dog will get nonstop attention and love but most of all, they will be very safe and cared for. I have worked in conjunction with the Sac PD to house abused dogs while the cases go through the court system, which we know can be a long and slow process. This requires lots of patience and time because these dogs are not only physically abused but mentally abused as well. I do this free of charge and ask for nothing in return because, I quite simply, love dogs. BOARDING and DAYCARE: I work full time from home and my wife works part time. We have four kids and someone is home at any given time approximately 95% of the time. We rarely go on long vacations and don't need much notice to take care of your dog. We are a low volume boarder though so we do fill up, especially on weekends. Sacramento County laws max the limit at 4 dogs, although some on here board illegally. We follow all laws and carry extra Pet Insurance with PCI on top of the Rover guarantee that covers you. We are on a third of an acre (all fenced) in an exclusive part of Fair Oaks. Your dog will have plenty of space to run around. There is a swimming pool however your dog will never be left unattended outside. The neighborhood is very safe for walks day and night. The house is 4,000 sq/feet and your dog will be allowed in any part of the house downstairs. I have a large dog and he is the friendliest dog I've ever owned. No problems at all with other dogs or people. He is old and sleeps 23 hours per day. I have kids in the house between the ages of 10-24 and they all love playing with animals. Your dog will not be bored. Dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments are welcome. We have cared for dogs from under 5 pounds to over 150 pounds. We will slowly be raising our rates and eventually will be on the higher scale in pricing as we offer much more than the average provider. Once you book with us you will be grandfathered at a discounted rate. DROP INS: We are very reliable. We have never missed an appointment or had any negative experiences. We are honest, middle aged adults, and can be trusted with your pets and home. We will follow directions exactly and give updates and pictures when we are at your residence. We have no issues if you have cameras and actually prefer that you do. ** For Dog Walking and Drop Ins please have key available at Meet and Greet or provide Box access or other means of getting/dropping off key. Otherwise Key Drop off/pickup fees will apply of $10 each way.
