“This is the first time that I've used Johnna, and all have to say is the cats warmed up to her immediately. Is she a pet whisperer? Everything went smoothly and she did everything I asked. She cleaned up litter messes and took it out to our outside garbage can so there was no litter smells when we got home. She spent time playing with them and even got my anxious cat to warm up to her. Melissa was a great sitter for my dog over the holidays. She sent pictures to update me on how my dog was doing and went above and beyond to make sure his stay would be comfortable. Melissa was also very flexible and communicative when my flights were delayed and I wasn’t sure about a pickup time. Would absolutely consider booking Melissa again in the future.
Marian did an amazing job caring for my dog Charlotte for five nights in my home. She was professional and respectful throughout. Although it was my first time meeting someone through the Rover website, upon meeting her, she had my full trust. Charlotte is a very active dog and can be a handful. Marian took her to the dog park every day and kept her busy with play time in the evening. She communicated with me regularly and sent photos so I didn't have to worry. I am sure Charlotte missed us, but we came home to a happy dog. I feel lucky to have found a person to help us care for Charlotte who is as kind and knowledgeable as Marian. I hope to have her dog sit for me again in the future.
