I was very pleased with Derek and Leslie watching my pup. It was the first time I needed to have someone watch him so I was quite nervous. During drop off, Leslie helped me feel comfortable and reassured me that he would be safe at their home and around their pool, especially because my dog cannot swim. While I was away for the weekend I got frequent updates and photos. Although I was not able to respond often, I really appreciated that. I will say I was taken a little by surprise that there were other dogs there since I was not made aware of that during the booking process. Thankfully my dog is very friendly and so were the other dogs. My dog left their house happy and worn out from all the playing. I know he would be more than willing to return!

Darlene was amazing! We received multiple updates every day of our girl “smiling”, playing ball, hardcore relaxing, and eating her meals promptly (which is notable on its own, as she rarely eats right away at home). Chong gave us daily updates of our little four legged child and took great care of our doggy who is a bit shy to warm up. Gus also is the goofiest but most respectful little man and is so adaptable to any dog personality. Melissa was a great sitter for my dog over the holidays. She sent pictures to update me on how my dog was doing and went above and beyond to make sure his stay would be comfortable. Melissa was also very flexible and communicative when my flights were delayed and I wasn’t sure about a pickup time. Would absolutely consider booking Melissa again in the future.
Marian did an amazing job caring for my dog Charlotte for five nights in my home. She was professional and respectful throughout. Although it was my first time meeting someone through the Rover website, upon meeting her, she had my full trust. Charlotte is a very active dog and can be a handful. Marian took her to the dog park every day and kept her busy with play time in the evening. She communicated with me regularly and sent photos so I didn't have to worry. I am sure Charlotte missed us, but we came home to a happy dog. I feel lucky to have found a person to help us care for Charlotte who is as kind and knowledgeable as Marian. I hope to have her dog sit for me again in the future.
