About: My entire life, I’ve been surrounded by furry friends 🐾♥️ I grew up with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, and fostered for years before I adopted my German Shepherd mix, Georgie, who is now my outdoor adventure buddy 🏕️ I’m walking/running/hiking every day, and I’d love to have your fur baby join me! I’m also in school for Radiology, but my current classes are online, so my schedule is very flexible. This makes it so I can always find time to get outside for some exercise and adventure. At a client’s home, I can pop in and out as often as you’d like, and stay for several hours to give your pup all the exercise, love, and mental stimulation you’d like. I’m happy to do walks around your neighborhood, or if you’d want your pup to join me on a nearby hike we can do that too. I also have experience crate-training, and overnight dog-sitting is possible thanks to my flexible work schedule. With overnights, your pup is also welcome to get cozy at my apartment beside the American River, which has plenty of hiking trails and bike paths nearby to explore. My 65 pound dog is used to foster siblings, so he’d be content to have a furry guest. He’s fully vaccinated and has never been aggressive.

About: I have 15 years of pet care experience. Growing up my grandmother always needed help with her cat and dog, whether it was feeding them or walking Spuds! I have experience in bathing both cats and dogs and I personally give my cats a quarterly wash-down. I am comfortable with administering topical ointments or giving shots if needed. I assisted many times with my local TNR program and have great experience with cats specifically. I am currently a part-time student and working an internship that is based on the EST time zone. So I am up early and ready to go at all hours. I am work from home and my classes are also online so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I will always animal proof homes regardless if it’s mine or not. Pets having access to fresh water is always a must. Caring for pets is a case by case as all of them have their own personalities! If they need quiet, that’s cool or if they’re more rowdy I can get down with that too!

In high school I began volunteering at my local animal shelter, and finally as an adult out of college I began work at a dog resort. I work full time right now at a resort with my own office that I can bring your dog to as long as it is fully vaccinated. If you would prefer your baby stay at my home, then they would be inside the house alone from 8am to 3pm. I currently have a large, natural unfenced backyard and a fenced patio. My neighborhood is tucked away from any busy roads and when outside your dog may be teathered or loose depending on recall levels but always monitored. My mini Aussie is always off leash free roaming the backyard and knows to stay close. She is fixed and very friendly.

About: Having been through some pretty big life changes recently, I’m reminded to slow down and focus on things that make me happy. One thing that makes me happy is dogs. I’ve also wanted to get out and take more walks, so what better way to enjoy both than dog walking. I’ve had pets of all types all my life, but dogs are hands down my favorite. I currently have two of my own and occasionally watch my friends’ dogs. A friend of mine uses Rover, and I’ve been a pet sitter since I was a teen, so I thought I’d give it a try. I have taken a few training classes when my dog was a puppy and I have some experience with special needs (seniors, blindness, low mobility, and seizures). I work full time, but telework three days a week. For midday visits and dog walks, someone close to home would be best to ensure availability. We can always discuss evening visits or walks as well. For boarding, unless discussed and scheduled prior, weekends would best to ensure I can be home with your fur babe. I treat visiting pups like my own. They’re allowed on my furniture and in my bed. I have multiple crates of various sizes if a crate is needed. My yard is fenced, but dogs aren’t typically left unattended in the yard. I have seven free range chickens in my yard, so their safety is also a concern for me. I’m also open to discussion if your dogs’ needs don’t align with my typical routine; I don’t mind changing things up if it’s something I can accommodate.
