About: I’ve had the opportunity to care for both dogs and cats, as well as other animals. I am comfortable with animals who need more attention, and animals of different temperaments. I am available most evenings and weekends for your needs! Presently I am returning to being fully self employed, so I am available at all times each day. You as the pet owner will know your pet best, so I plan to follow any and all instructions and feedback that you give me to make you and your pet feel comfortable and secure. I love to keep animals engaged through play, snacks, cuddles, or outside time (if applicable) so that you come home to a happy, relaxed fur baby. I am comfortable feeding, giving oral medication, and cleaning up litter boxes.

About: I've had dogs my whole life and I currently have two large (70+ lb) dogs. I grew up with small to medium dogs and before my current pups, I dog/cat sat all manner of dogs and cats from friends and family. I am very detail oriented and attentive when providing care for pets in addition to have a calming presence that pets quickly grow fond of. I have experience with crate training, leash training and giving oral and topical medication. I have created extensive care documents for my own dogs and am happy to follow as many instructions for your pets. I have immense flexibility to check in on, walk and house sit your pets throughout the weekdays currently and for weekends, I would review requests on a case by case basis. I'm happy to visit your pets and help with feeding, walking or any other specific care you need while you're away. I really enjoy playing with dogs, especially if they like fetch! I enjoy really long walks and can even run with your dogs if your dog needs more exercise. Otherwise, I'm happy to cozy up with your pet and I can even stay overnight if needed.

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life. I have my own cat, Button, whom I love dearly and have taken care of pets for my friends lately. I am in between jobs so I am free to work with whatever schedule you have. If you have leftover food that needs to be used, I’d be happy to not let them go to waste. I prefer to care for your pets in their home territory. I am very easy going and happy to follow any instructions you have for me.

About: I have had dogs since I was a baby, big dogs and little ones, I have taken care friends and family’s dogs and cats since I was 15. I can walk dogs, feed, play with, and bathe them. I also have some experience with dog training. I am currently in school Monday-Wednesday, so my schedule is flexible for dog sitting, play time, and care taking. I am more than happy to visit with and take care of your pets before/after classes and on days I don’t have school! With the experience that I have, I am comfortable watching dogs overnight, or coming by once or twice a day to feed, play with, and walk dogs or cats.

About: Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m 23 years old and have been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. I graduated high school in 2021 and spent three years attending Folsom Lake College. My journey with pet sitting started when I was just 11, and since then I’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of animals. Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and even every kind of farm animal you can think of! Dogs have always held a special place in my heart. My aunt bred German Shepherds for 30 years, and growing up around them (and being part of their training) gave me a deep appreciation for the breed and for dogs in general. While I’ve always had a soft spot for big dogs, small dogs have completely won me over too. I’ve cared for pups of all sizes and ages, from helping deliver newborn litters to supporting senior dogs well into their golden years.I also have experience with cats and kittens. Even though I’m allergic and can’t have one of my own, I absolutely adore them and love any chance I get to care for them. At home, I have a 12-year-old Jardine parrot named Wasabi, who is my little best friend, and a 4-year-old Russian tortoise named Yuno, who definitely keeps things interesting with her spunky personality. Outside of pet care, I work full-time as a police dispatcher in Sacramento County, primarily on weekday nights. Because of that, I’m most available on weekends, but I’m happy to offer weekday morning or afternoon drop-ins when needed. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, yoga, pilates, going to the gym, attending church on Sundays, and spending time with family and friends. I’m also recently engaged to my high school sweetheart, and we’re so excited to be saving for our future together. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full time as a police dispatcher on weekday nights, so my schedule is a bit unique. I’m usually sleeping during the day on weekdays, but I can absolutely be available in the mornings or afternoons with enough notice. Weekends are when I’m most available, which allows me to dedicate more time to longer visits, multiple walks, or extended care. Caring for my own pets is already a big part of my daily life, so pet sitting feels like a natural extension of what I love to do. I’m used to planning my schedule around feeding times, enrichment, and making sure each animal gets the attention and care they need. Because of my work schedule, I’m very consistent, organized, and dependable. I’m intentional about not overbooking, so every pet I care for gets my full attention, patience, and genuine care. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe in their own space, so I take the time to learn their usual schedule, feeding habits, exercise needs, and any special instructions. For dogs, I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship through walks, playtime, and calm interaction. For cats, I follow their lead, whether that means engaging in play or simply offering a quiet, reassuring presence. I’m especially mindful with senior pets, making sure they move comfortably, stay on their routines, and receive any extra care they may need. I always keep a clean and respectful environment by refreshing water, tidying feeding areas, and making sure litter boxes or outdoor spaces are well maintained. I’m also attentive to any changes in behavior or health and will communicate promptly if anything seems off. Above all, I treat every home with respect and every pet with genuine care and patience, making sure they feel loved, secure, and well cared for while you’re away
