About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 14, watching over neighbors’ and others’ animals, including dogs, snakes, a bearded dragon, and cats. I’ve also had cats of my own since I was 8—four in total—and currently care for two on my own. What makes me stand out as a sitter is my ability to connect with animals, especially those that take time to warm up to new people. I’m patient, observant, and always prioritize their comfort. Whether it’s recognizing subtle body language, engaging in enrichment activities, or simply providing calm companionship, I adapt to each pet’s individual needs. In addition to pet care, I work full-time as a nanny for young children (ages 4, 2, and 6 months). This experience has strengthened my attentiveness, patience, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities at once—skills that also translate into pet care. I’m experienced in maintaining structured routines, ensuring safety, and providing comfort, which makes me well-equipped to care for pets with different personalities and needs. I will have to go home to feed and spend some time with my two kitties, Pumpkin & Hazelnut, but I also always find time to spend time with your pets as well. Some days I work in the afternoon/evening, and some I work during the day. My work schedule is listed below. Monday 4-8pm, Tuesday 8-3:30, Wednesday 1-8pm, Thursday 8-3:30, Friday 8-3:30 I provide pet care in the comfort of your home, ensuring your pet stays in a familiar and stress-free environment. Every pet is different, so I follow your specific routines, guidelines, and house rules to keep things as consistent as possible. Whether it’s feeding schedules, walk routines, playtime, or medication needs, I prioritize your pet’s well-being and comfort while respecting your home. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I take extra care to follow any instructions you provide, from home security measures to special pet needs. I also keep you updated with messages, photos, or check-ins so you have peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is to provide loving, reliable care so your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for in their own space.

About: I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember! I have 2 pups and have taken care of dogs for friends and family for years. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies and everything in between. I can handle tough walkers, energetic pups, medication management and crate training. Im flexible and available to meet beforehand so you can feel comfortable leaving your dog in my care. I took a break from Rover last year but now I have a house with a fully fenced yard in West Sacramento! As a UC Davis student and full time employee, I understand that times are hard and pricing can be an issue, let's chat if you need flexibility. I am always willing to work with my clients. I currently have open availability to care for your pups needs! Walks, belly rubs, playtime and photo updates are included. Your dogs will be treated like family. On Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays I work half days from home. Please message me directly to ensure Doggy Day Care times work for both of us, morning vs afternoons depend on work meetings. On weekends I work virtually. I am available for boarding &house sitting made in advance. I have two dogs that can keep yours company if need be. I can handle finicky eaters, leash agression and medication requirements as needed. I have crates available as well if that is your preference or you are in the process of crate training.

About: Our three rescues recently traveled to the rainbow bridge after 13 years in our home. We are not ready to fill our home permanently, but are emotionally available to love on your babies while you’re gone. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. I have many years of pet sitting and house sitting including dogs, cats, fish, and bunnies. I know firsthand how expensive pet boarding is, not to mention stressful, so I am here to make traveling and being away easier. I work very part time and stay home with my kids, so I am available regularly and have an extremely flexible schedule for accommodating needs. We have a one story home with a large fenced in yard for safe exploring and sun bathing. Our home is currently pet free, so your pets would have full control of the place!

About: Hi, I'm Anna! I am a passionate, highly trained animal lover dedicated to giving your pet the safest and most fun experience possible. Since March, I have been an active volunteer with the Sacramento SPCA, where I have completed intensive online courses and hands-on, in-person training in canine behavior, body language, and socialization. I am fully certified to handle and walk the shelter's Green and Orange color-coded dogs. Because of my training and reliability, the SPCA also trusts me with their Foster Furlough program for their highest-need Pink color-coded dogs. This means I regularly take these advanced-level dogs out of the shelter environment for day trips and overnight stays in my home to give them a break. Whether your dog needs a high-energy walk, structured socialization, or just an attentive and loving overnight companion, I know exactly how to read their body language and keep them safe in real-world situations. I have a very flexible part-time schedule, my own reliable vehicle for check-ins, and a deep commitment to following your exact house rules and routines. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! I don’t work so I’m home pretty much all time unless I’m running errands. I’m available Tuesday-sat to come and help out with your babies!! I have a fenced yard but always prefer to watch them while there going potty or playing! I’d also be able to crate them if needed:)

About: I grew up around dogs and began pet sitting myself in high school. I currently have 1 lab and 1 pug chihuahua at home so I’ve been around a variety of breeds! From walking to sneaking meds, I am up for anything to make you and your pups comfortable! I am currently applying for post-grad jobs so pet care and sitting is the perfect way to keep me busy while working on my laptop. I am based in the Arden-Arcade area and willing to stay or just stop in to take care of your pets in the Sacramento area. I am willing to do whatever to maintain your pets routine, such as walking, potty breaks, feeding, etc.

About: I’ve had many, many pets over the years. Dogs, cats, birds. After our daughters were grown and our last cat passed on we decided to be pet free for a while. While there are advantages to not having animals (being able to leave home without the worry), I miss them and thought this might be a way to fill the pet void. I am retired and so I am free to feed, walk and play with your cats and/or dogs. I look forward to meeting them. I am not taking care of pets in my home at this time but happy to come to your home and spend time, feed and walk your pets.

I also have experience with birds, rodents, and reptiles with much love for all. I am known for getting anxious dogs to like me, even those that dislike men. I am happy to give any animal as much space or as much love as they need. I have almost totally open availability, with exception for Tues/Wed evenings and midday Saturdays - But these can be adjusted as needed on request. Let's work out a schedule that works for you! I care for fragile animals such as birds, elderly dogs/cats, and rodents with great care for their varied needs. As an experienced housesitter of many years, I am committed to respecting the space of others and will typically leave a space cleaner than I found it.

About: I grew up with a full range of dog breeds and even horses! Those big pups don't worry me at all! I am runner who enjoys 4-legged company, and I currently use that skill while volunteering at Bradshaw Animal Shelter with their Pit Bull Socialization and Obedience Crew (PB SOC). In addition, I take daily walks along the river just behind my house. I find every dog has a unique personality that deserves patience and understanding, mutual respect is of the utmost importance to me. BONUS: I own an event and portrait photography company, so the check-in photos and selfies are going to be top-notch.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life & cannot imagine life without one. My current fur baby is a 4 year old black lab & I’ve learned a lot about dog training over the last 4 years. Dogs need physical and mental stimulation every day & they rely on their humans for everything. Please allow me to love, entertain, & care for your fur babies whenever you are not available. I’m happy to be their second best friend. I’m currently a stay at home mom to 2 humans & 1 Labrador Retriever. I am available weekdays before 3pm with some flexibility 3-5pm. Available for meet & greet Saturday or Sunday. I will take notes on any special instructions or requests you have. Every pet has a different play style & individual needs so I aim to treat each one in a way that makes them (& you) happy.

About: I have had dogs (and cats) my entire life. Trained, love and traveled across the US with my animals in tow with me. We currently have two dogs, Ozzy & Bear. I am retired and love to garden, travel and play with our dogs! We moved back to the Sacramento Area recently and would like to do something fun and thought pet sitting would fit perfect. No pet sitting at our house. Animals need to be in their own environment where it is safe and they are comfortable with their own toys & bed.
