Jourdan was absolutely amazing! Both of our senior dogs, Winston and Oliver, are declining in health, and one of them became quite sick just before we left for vacation. She went above and beyond to make sure our sick dog ate something, taking the extra time, patience, and care he needed instead of simply rushing through the visit. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about his well-being. She also followed all of our care instructions carefully and kept us updated with detailed messages and photos after each visit, which meant so much to us. Caring for aging dogs with health issues isn't always easy, but it never seemed to be a problem for Jourdan. She treated Winston and Oliver with kindness, compassion, and so much love. We came home to two happy dogs and knew they had been in the best possible hands.
