Susan has cared for my cat several times, my cat likes her! He can be moody and Susan understands that. She plays with him, brushes him and doesn’t worry when he’s camera shy. He’s comfortable around her and she takes good care of him. I have the peace of mind that he’s okay when I’m away!

Our first time using a sitter that our dogs weren’t already familiar with, we did our research, asked friends, and interviewed various potential pet sitters. Both our dogs are well behaved, house trained and primarily indoor dogs. They are used to being together however our smallest is shy and anxious around people she doesn’t know.. the other likes everyone and everyone likes her. We choose Susan as, after her meet and greet time with us and our dogs, we could see she’s a genuinely kind, patient and trustworthy person. She also assured us she would keep us updated on her visits. Her reports reflected not only the necessary items of feeding, in/out, RX, but also comments showing progress in bonding as well as Susan’s adaptability to meeting challenges…even a sense of humor :-) It was nice to come home to our dogs being healthy and happy, and our home as it was when we left. We’re very pleased and will be using Susan again!

Susan always does a great job with our cats. When we get home they're cool as cucumbers; not stressed out at all. Susan leaves great updates to keep us stress-free as well. Highly recommended!

Susan provides drop in visits in a regular basis at my home. She is a consistent and loving presence in the lives of my pups and kindly checks in on my tortoise as well. I appreciate her thoughtful updates & cute photos with each visit.
