About: I have had at least 3 pets my entire life, and that was at my parents' house. I have pet-sat for numerous friends and family members. She first took the time to do a meet and greet prior to the 5 day stay, was very proactive about asking important questions to ensure that she was able to provide the best care for Simba, and she was very great at communicating and giving detailed daily updates about Simba's activities including his eating habits, sleep schedule, litter box usage, play time and overall mood. Diana also sent many photos and videos daily keeping me up to date with Simba which I greatly appreciate! I would hire Betty again! My cat tends to be shy with strangers and hides. I was worried she’d spend the whole time I was gone hiding in the closet. But Betty was patient with her and her kind energy won my cat over. She eventually let Betty pet her and play with her. I got pictures and updates every visit. It meant so much that I could go on a trip and not worry about my cat.
Brooklyn made check-in and feeding visits to our three dogs and one cat for a week while we were traveling. She did a fantastic job with our ultra-shy, rather anxious large dogs. She was reliable and promptly responsive to my questions, so much so, that one evening she returned to our house at 9:00 p.m. at night to check on one of our dogs. We were very happy with her service and will definitely request her help again in the future.
