About: I have always loved animals since I was little and have had various furry friends throughout my life. I have cared for dogs from miniature Poodles to German Shepherds; each animal has their own unique personality and I look forward to meeting them all. I have embraced retirement, so I have lots of time to spend with your furry family. From walking your neighborhood, exploring various trails, or just play time at the park or home, I will give your pet the love and attention I would my own pets. I currently have two cats, who are indoor only. They are played with daily, although half the time they just sleep in the sun. My current home project is to build them a catio so they can sleep there too.
“Natalie is such a great drop-in sitter. She is super trustworthy and responsible. She is great with our cat and bearded dragon and a wonderful communicator! Highly recommend her!”

About: Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always been surrounded by animals! My next-door neighbor would trust me for weeks at a time to take care of her old cat, and I would always take care of my pets when my parents weren’t home. Over the past year and a half, I worked at a local veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant! I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I’ve decided to take on pet-sitting full time while I finish college with my career goal being a veterinarian! I also own a leopard gecko, giving me experience handling exotic reptiles! Whether your pets need frequent potty breaks, walks, play-dates, or any sort of medication, I’m your gal! Your pet’s safety and well-being will always be my top priority! I’m currently unemployed, and about to finish my college semester- giving me of the time in the world to work with you and your pets! My availability will always be flexible and I will be attentive to any of your needs. I live with one (soon to be two) dogs! My current dog is very sweet and sociable- she loves to make new friends! I’m used to taking big and small dogs on walks, and am more than willing to take your pet on a playdate with mine! I can crate your animal, prepare special meals, and clean up after them if they’re used to going potty in your backyard! Same thing applies to cats and their litter-boxes! I will always be sure to make sure your pets are comfortable while you’re away.

About: I grew up with 2 dogs and 2 cats always in the house. I deeply enjoy volunteering to walk and care for animals. I am a runner and can have dogs accompany me easily! During the school year I frequently walk dogs at the Portland Dog Rescue association up in Oregon. I have worked at the CSD in the recreational sports section , where I practiced time management, along with people/pet management. Overall, I love animals and am an extremely active person! My schedule is very flexible, I can accommodate any time or request. I'm free everyday day from 7am-10pm for walks and check-ins. I'm willing to work earlier or later upon request! I walk my own dog at least once a day for about an hour or so. I clean the litter box with diligence and love to give animals baths when they get dirty (bathing is needed most of the time after a trip to the dog park). At night I love to cuddle with my kitties and watch a movie.
“Carmen and her daughter made us feel so reassured our puppy was in the best hands on her first vacation. Carmen gave our high maintenance pup lots of love and us updates with photos, videos and updates. Our puppy loved them right away and was so happy during her vacation. Carmen reinforced our puppy’s training and gave her so many walkies that our puppy already misses her vacation with Carmen! Carmen treated our pup like her own, taking her on car rides and letting her sleep on her bed. We highly recommended Carmen!”

About: I have always been lucky enough to have a dog growing up. I have looked after my neighbors pets multiple times as well. I am very comfortable around all types. As for cats I have never personally taken care of any but I do volunteer at the shelter that has both cats and dogs. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them and treat them as if they were my own. I have one family dog named Charles. He is a Lagotto Romagnolo and he truly is my bestfriend. I am interning at an accounting firm and I work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 to 5 pm. I am free to pet sit these days too after 5. Since I sit at a desk all day, I have a lot of energy leftover and love going on walks and playing with my dog in the evening. Hopefully in the future yours too!! I currently have a dog and he is a big part of my life. I love exercising and everyone I do cardio he joins me for my walks. He loves playing fetch so I am used to that. I also just love a pets affection and love. I constantly walk my dog, take him to the dog park (even though all he does is sit in the shade), I feed him every night and give him infinite kisses!
“Lauren was amazing and Mr. Kitty was instantly comfortable with her. She was very detailed, communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our house and Kitty were well looked after. Will definitely be rebooking. Thank you for everything, Lauren!”

“Rachel has been our go-to dog walker when my husband and I work long 12 hour shifts. She is always on time, takes lots of pictures, and goes out of her way to make my pups feel safe & loved. We love Rachel!”

“Barbara was amazing while we were gone for a long weekend. She updated us with pictures of all four of our cats at visits and she was always easy to talk to - kind & warm! She also made sure our senior cat got his transdermal meds every night, which was a big concern of ours!! Thank you for also cleaning up kitty messes during visits Barbara! (Especially the 'exploded' catnip banana! 😱) We felt so at ease knowing she was taking care of our kitto's; we would absolutely book again!”

“The power went out at my house during my trip which knocked out the automatic feeders for the two dogs. Deanna let me know and manually fed the dogs. She even offered to return in the evening to make sure they got their afternoon meal if the power hadn’t returned, but I was arriving back home by then. Thank you for the extra diligence!”

About: Healthcare professional that loves to care for pets as much as people. I enjoy meeting new furry friends and helping to ensure they are safe and well cared for while their humans are away. I have a pretty flexible schedule currently that allows for daily pet visits and or in home care. Please provide the details of what your current needs are for your pet. I treat all animals with respect and provide a safe space for them to explore, play, and enjoy their time in my care. I appreciate the rewards of the joy they bring to my day.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. Growing up on a farm gave me an early, deep appreciation for animal care, and I’ve spent the last 40 years personally raising everything from dogs and cats to birds, rodents, and reptiles. Having cared for pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, I understand that every animal has its own unique personality and routine. Today, my home is kept lively by my own two dogs and two cats, so I am completely in tune with the daily rhythms, patience, and love it takes to keep multiple pets happy and thriving. I am currently between jobs. I recently left a long-time career in project management and am looking forward to doing something more rewarding. I am currently not bound to a rigid 9-to-5 office routine. This means I have ample availability for midday walks, flexible drop-in windows, and extended quality time to sit and keep your pets company so they never feel lonely. Your pets and your home are in totally safe, reliable hands with me! As a long-time dog and cat owner, I’m great at reading animal body language and making sure walks and playtime stay fun and stress-free. I'm naturally super detail-oriented, so I'll strictly stick to your feeding schedules, medication routines, and any house rules you have. You can count on me to keep your home secure, keep your pets happy, and send you plenty of fun photo updates along the way so you never have to worry.
“Justin is easy to work with and a great communicator. We appreciated that he got back to us right away to confirm his availability and provided twice daily updates on our dogs. We won’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Thanks Justin!”

About: We love animals and have experience with dogs, cats, chickens and rabbits. We’ve owned pets for 20 years. We have also fostered dogs in our home and are looking forward to spoiling your fur babies. Our family has done a lot of house sitting for friends & family in the past. We will treat your animals as if they were part of our family. Yet, we believe that maintaining their routine is important for the dogs/cats‘ well-being while you’re gone. Thus, we will closely follow your care instructions for your pets. We believe our fur babies are family members. When scheduling services with us, your pets will be our top priority. We will try to adjust our care of your dog or cat to your instructions and maintain as much of their usual routine as possible. Dogs will receive daily walks, regular feeding based on their normal schedule, cuddle times, and training or play sessions to keep them entertained. Cats - in addition to their regular feeding- will get play time if they’re not too shy. If boarding with us, we have large fenced-in yard and 4 gigantic dog beds around the house for dogs to cuddle with each other (if well socialized) and at least one outside for soaking up the sun-rays. Depending on how much your dog can be trusted to not get into things that can hurt them, they’ll spend a lot of time outside the crate. Otherwise, the crate they stay in will be close to all the family activities so they feel part of the pack.
“We were super thrilled that Cole was available last minute to watch our two cats when we had to go away for a few days. Cole had excellent communication and we arrived home to a pair of healthy and happy cats. We’re glad to hear that our shy one, Mister, warmed up over the course of a couple days and that our more sociable one, Cherry, had a great time hanging with Cole. Would 100% book again and I highly recommend Cole to anyone with pets with medical needs.”

La Cresta Village cat parents share their Rover experiences
Siera was amazing to work with, start to finish! She answered our last-minute request very promptly, and was so sweet and attentive with our cats and learning all our little silly practices for them. We will absolutely use her again in the future for help, highly recommended!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Makaila was so kind and caring, and it was clear from the start how much she genuinely loves animals. Makaila kept in great communication with me throughout the stay and sent the cutest pictures that gave me so much peace of mind. She treated my pets as if they were her own and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and comfortable. I’m so grateful for the care and attention she provided, and I will absolutely be booking with Makaila again in the future.
Ericka was excellent to work with. I booked two consecutive weekends fairly last minute but she responded promptly and was super flexible when scheduling the first meet and greet. Ericka has a sweet and gentle demeanor and is clearly a “cat person” in the way she approached and interacted with Kitty. She listened closely to my care directions and asked great follow-up questions that helped her get to know Kitty’s personality. Ericka arrived to each scheduled visit on time, took care of Kitty exactly as instructed, and sent plenty of pictures! I recommend and will be using Ericka’s services again :)
