About: What sets me apart is a lifetime of hands-on experience and a genuine bond with dogs. While I haven’t worked as a professional dog sitter before, I’ve been caring for dogs since I was seven years old. I’m now 32, and throughout my life, I’ve had a Maltese, an English Setter, and a Gordon Setter. My setters were hunting dogs, so I’m comfortable with energetic, intelligent breeds that need both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I’ve trained them in basic obedience, manners, and recall, and I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and clear boundaries. I’ve cared for both small and large dogs, and I’m experienced with feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, and making sure they feel safe, calm, and loved. I can also teach simple commands and fun tricks like sit, stay, lie down, roll over, spin, and shake. I am a Spanish woman who moved to Folsom with my husband a year ago. I am a great animal lover and I have had dogs since I was little. In my childhood, I lived with two setters: an English setter and a Gordon setter, and a Maltese bichon. This has given me experience with both large and small dogs. Now, although we cannot have one of our own, I would love to care for others, as I greatly enjoy their company. My daily routine is flexible, and I have full availability to adapt to the needs of clients and their pets. I fully adapt to each pet’s needs. I am very attentive and will always ensure the dog has food, water, and is comfortable. If I notice something is wrong, I address it immediately. I handle walks carefully, avoiding direct sun, and if bathing is needed, I do so with experience, using proper shampoos and conditioners, especially for long coats. I can also brush them. If a vet visit is required, I will take care of it. Additionally, I love playing with dogs and making sure they feel calm and happy when their owners are away. In short, I handle all the care a dog needs with attention and affection.

About: I’ve been a dog owner all of my adult life. My kids are grown and my two dogs crossed the rainbow bridge. I have lots of love to give your babies while you are away! I work full time. I’m available to take care of your pets by 5pm and all day on my days off. I am a nurse and have a rotating schedule including every other weekend. I’m available to stay at your home with your pets are welcome to stay at my apartment. I’m also available for short days, drop ins, or simply a walk.

About: I’ve lived with pets since I was a little kid! I love animals of all kinds, and do my utmost to keep them happy and healthy. I have mainly experience with most types of cats, and smaller dogs. I'm currently off college for the summer, so pretty much any time should work with some notice! I have others at home to take care of my animals if I'm on an extended stay, so I can stay as long as needed. I do all I can to keep your pets happy and safe, I've looked after animals most of my life, so I believe I have some experience! About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals for about 13 years. I have taken care of mostly big dogs and cats but I’ve also taken care of turtles and fish I am currently working part-time however I have weekends off and I am available some days of the week so I am available almost every weekend to watch your animals! I enjoys taking animals for walk and cuddling with them in general. I love to see the playful side of animals and will play with them to their hearts content.

About: I have had pets all of my growing up and have taken care of them. I have walked many dogs on wag from small dogs with little activity to huskies. Also for a year and half now I have house sitter for clients from a week to a weekend to a day. Getting a degree has shown me my resilience, self-determination, and commitment to hard work. Also my ability to provide compassionate care not only to people but also making your pets feel safe. I’m currently working full time from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday in person in Sacramento. So it would be great if you have a doggy door or some way for the pets to potty during the day outside. After 4:30pm I am able to stay the whole night with furr babies. When going into your home, I will make sure to be respectful of your surroundings and be in and out as fast as possible. Also I will leave it as I initially saw the home when I arrived.

About: I have had experience in dog sitting and walking puppies! I have always wanted a dog but just do not have the room for it at home so pet sitting for friends has always been something I have loved doing! Currently, I am working part-time and I am a college student. However, my shifts are never longer than 4 hours. My services are available all week! I make sure to care for pets with as much love as I can! Seeing a stranger come into your home can be daunting so I try to be as graceful as possible when meeting and interacting with the clients pets!

About: Although my career for the past 20 years has been in the mental health field, my passion is also for animals. I did not grow up with dogs, but had many cats, birds, turtles, snakes, and fish. Finally at the age of 34 I adopted my first dog, a pomeranian named Winston. He became the absolute love of my life quickly. I understood why so many people become so bonded with their doggies. Winston was by my side even when humans weren't. I never laughed so hard playing with him all those years and then never cried so hard when he passed recently. I miss him every single day. But feel so blessed to have had him in my life. Although I am not ready to get another dog, I am absolutely looking forward to helping other people with their family pets. I know I was extremely OCD with Winstons care and did not trust many people with him when I had to work or travel. So it means a lot to me to be trusted with your family pet. Plus, I get to have fun doing something that brings me joy! I am currently working part time so am pretty flexible. I am up early as well so can be the early helper if someone needs it. I am always mindful of my environment and will be so when I approach your house and pet. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years so am good at assessing a situation, staying calm and making good judgement calls. Safety is always a priority also.
