“Patti and Joe are very nice and love their dogs. Rylee's stay was good and he did receive lots of activity, attention and made a new friend in Buttons! The only issue was when Rylee returned home, he had stomach (throwing up) and potty (diarrhea) issues. I believe this was due to extra food/treats/kibble that he received outside of the instructed daily recommended kibble plan that he is accustomed to. He has a very sensitive stomach and is typically not given any people food or alternate dog food and has to follow the instructed meal schedule. Once he gets back on track he will be ok and otherwise all was well. Thank you!”

About: I've had two dogs of my own as an adult, grew up with family dogs, and regularly do walks and drop-ins for my neighbor's dog. Both of my boys were brachycephalic breeds, so I understand how much care that takes — I'm especially attentive to heat sensitivity, breathing, and pacing during walks, and I know how to read a dog's signals and adjust accordingly. I've taken several dog training classes, read several books on positive dog training, and understand a dog's body language and signals. I've also cared for both senior and sick dogs, including my English bulldog who lived to 12 and my Frenchie that I supported through IVDD and surgery. About: I have worked at Folsom Dog Resort for 3 1/2 years! I dog sit very frequently for family and friends! I love animals and meeting new ones ! I work full time at my job, but my schedule is very flexiable with anything I need to do! I am normally starting work at 5am and ending at around 1:30! If your older pup or younger pup needs medication I have been trained on giving medication in food/ treat, pilling, and injections. About: I've been helping care for friends' and family's dogs since I was 10 years old. Because I've always loved dogs and hoped to have one of my own someday, I've spent a lot of time learning about dog care, behavior, training, and enrichment. I've worked with puppies frequently in the past and am comfortable with the extra patience, supervision, and consistency they require. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to a specific routine, I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Pet care fits great into my routine. I have a flexible schedule, and I'm available throughout most weekdays for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and playtime and I always make sure to follow each pet's routine as closely as possible. While I do have some weekend commitments and can't do late nights, I have an otherwise open schedule. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive the attention they need. When caring for puppies, I'm especially attentive to potty breaks, supervision, and maintaining any training routines. I'll also make keep the owners updated throughout the day.
“Our Ziggy stays at Galady's home for 5 hours during the day. It was Ziggy's first time being with a petsitter. Galady gave us some info about Ziggy and Pepper (Galady's dog) interaction and sent us a picture of the 2 of them. When we came back, Ziggy was happy to see us and Galady told us how well they played together. Thanks Galady and Pepper to taking care of our Ziggy. See you next month when Ziggy will stay the entire day.”
