About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life! I’ve been around dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages, from little puppies to older dogs. My grandma also fostered dogs, so I was always surrounded by them growing up! I have 4 years of pet-sitting experience, but I’ve also grown up taking care of our own dogs my whole life. people always tell me how much their dogs love me! I absolutely adore animals and would treat your fur babies like my own! I’m a college student with a flexible schedule since most of my classes are online! About: I’m a part-time working mom looking to fill my free hours doing what I love! I have my own special needs dog (cleft palate), and have fostered dogs previously, one with spina bifida. I’ve been raised with cats and dogs my entire life, as well as birds and small critters as a child! I’ve always cared for neighbors’ dogs and cats, as well ad housesat, and spent a lot of my childhood shadowing and spending time with my cousin who was a veterinarian. About: I’ve had various dogs throughout my life so I’ve had lots of experience taking care of them. My chocolate lab also gave birth to 9 puppies so I’ve had experience taking care of new borns and also training them. I’m currently in college classes so I have several hours throughout the day to drop in, take walks and I am able to stay overnight. My pets are very well cared for and very much part of our family. Rachel was absolutely phenomenal and we feel so lucky to have found her 🤍 She stepped in last minute and even took the time to come by the day before for a meet and greet, which meant so much. From the moment she arrived, it was clear how comfortable and happy our Labrador puppy Betty was with her. Rachel was attentive, playful, and so thoughtful with her care. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
