I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Makaila was so kind and caring, and it was clear from the start how much she genuinely loves animals. Makaila kept in great communication with me throughout the stay and sent the cutest pictures that gave me so much peace of mind. Ericka was excellent to work with. I booked two consecutive weekends fairly last minute but she responded promptly and was super flexible when scheduling the first meet and greet. Ericka has a sweet and gentle demeanor and is clearly a “cat person” in the way she approached and interacted with Kitty. She listened closely to my care directions and asked great follow-up questions that helped her get to know Kitty’s personality.
