About: I’ve lived with pets since I was a little kid! I love animals of all kinds, and do my utmost to keep them happy and healthy. I have mainly experience with most types of cats, and smaller dogs. I'm currently off college for the summer, so pretty much any time should work with some notice! I have others at home to take care of my animals if I'm on an extended stay, so I can stay as long as needed. I do all I can to keep your pets happy and safe, I've looked after animals most of my life, so I believe I have some experience! About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with dogs, including a Golden Retriever and a Collie, and I’ve always had a soft spot for animals of all kinds. After settling down and starting our family, we were ready to welcome a dog back into our lives. In 2024, we adopted Izzy, our sweet and friendly German Shorthaired Pointer. Our family absolutely loves having Izzy around, and I’d love the opportunity to give your dog that same attention, affection, and care while you’re away. I work from home, so your dog won’t be left alone for long stretches. They’ll have plenty of companionship throughout the day, along with playtime, potty breaks, attention, and lots of love. If you prefer I visit your home to check in on your animal, I am happy to do so. I can stay at your home between 9a-2pm M-F or pop in on weeknights and weekends, or you may opt to board them at our home. We live in a clean, comfortable, family-friendly home on nearly half an acre with a fully fenced yard and a doggie door. Dogs staying with us can easily go in and out throughout the day to play, explore, relax in the yard, or come back inside whenever they want. Your dog will be treated like one of the family and cared for in a safe, loving home environment. I’m happy to answer any questions, arrange a meet-and-greet, or even give you a quick tour so you can feel completely comfortable with where your treasured family member will be staying. I’d love to meet you and your pup! ❤️ I work from home and am available every day, all day, to meet your pet's needs. I have a large fenced backyard with a doggie door for potty breaks and play time. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. Because I only host one dog family at a time, I can provide individualized attention and avoid the stress that can come with a home full of unfamiliar animals. We have a clean, non-smoking, kid-friendly home and a large, fully fenced yard. Our doggie door provides supervised-by-presence access between the house and fenced yard, giving your dog the flexibility to go outside for potty breaks or play without having to wait for someone to open the door. Izzy is friendly and enjoys having other dogs around, but I will always make introductions thoughtfully and pay close attention to each dog's personality and comfort level. I'll follow your dog's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, sleep preferences, and any special instructions. You'll also receive daily photo updates so you can see how your pup is doing while you're away.

I have embraced retirement, so I have lots of time to spend with your furry family. I currently have two cats, who are indoor only. They are played with daily, although half the time they just sleep in the sun. I’m grateful for the opportunity to hang out with your fur family and know that you can rest easy knowing they are in good hands, I am open to visits and check ins or even long weekends or vacations. It would be great to come to you. Take a vacation and relax knowing your home and sweet babies are being lovingly cared for. Unfortunately I am unable to board any pets at this time.
