About: Growing up, I always had a dog. In addition to the traditional Golden, I also loved exotic pets. Some friends from my childhood will still occasionally ask me, "what kind of weird pet do you have these days?" My husband and I were adventurous before settling down and starting our family so we decided not to jump into pet ownership until more recently. Now after having kids, we want to make sure that we are all fully ready to jump back into the long term commitment of pet ownership. In the meantime though, I have a lot of love to share and I would adore hosting your pet. My home is in town but offers nearly a half acre of fenced in yard space. I am happy to keep your pet indoors, outdoors, or a mix. Whatever you and your pet prefer, I can accommodate. I work from home and can give your pet lots of attention throughout the day. Please feel free to call me, swing by for a tour, and feel comfortable knowing that your treasured family member(s) is safe here with me. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. After receiving my degree in Animal Science, I worked for an animal sanctuary for 6 years where we helped rescue, rehabilitate and care for animals in need. I've also been petsitting for neighbors and friends since I was 12-years-old. Since leaving the animal sanctuary, I’ve found myself really missing caring for animals and would love to help anyone, animals especially, that need assistance. Love playing, walking, and cuddling! Go for a morning walk before work. Take my dog to work with me and take him on a walk at lunch. Or if working from home, go for a walk on our lunch break. Gets fed 3 times a day and many treats! May go to the river or creek after work or on weekends. Dogs are allowed on couch for cuddles. I have a doggy door so dogs can go outside as needed. All doors and windows are closed and locked. The backyard is fenced with nice grassy area to run around. No kids, toys, or sharp objects in house for animals to hurt themselves on.
About: I grew up on a farm in Iowa and we had dogs my entire life. Once I was on my own I adopted my first dog Buddy a Pekingese(13 yrs) he now is my dad's retirement dog. I then adopted a sweet little senior Pekingese, Lolly. She was a sassy lil old lady with spunk. She had many issues when I rescued her, but I knew I could give her a great home in her final years. She had a heart murmur and passed about 2 years after I adopted her! I now have the three doodle bears, Wrigley(5), Addie(4) and the baby Teddy(1). I have flexibility in my job and have a home with a big beautiful backyard to play, relax and a side room perfect for fur guests! My fur kids are my #1 priority! I provide a safe and happy home that allows them to enjoy their environment and make sure they get the exercise and play they need and desire.

We also had a border collie mix of our own for 15 years and I was responsible for taking care of him. I currently work M-Th; 9am-5pm but fairly free before or after work for walks and playtime. “Chong was FANTASTIC with Luna. She sent updates everyday to let me know how she was adjusting and pictures my whole family looked forward to everyday. Luna came home happy and content, I knew she had a dog friend and was well taken care of.”
“We were gone for about 2 weeks and Jennifer watched our 4 year old German Shepard. After the day of drop off Jennifer noticed an injury to his paw (which he probably got while we ran him on the trails by our home and hadn’t noticed before we dropped home off). She immediately contacted us and did the leg work to find a vet that could see him the same day, since ours was booked. After asking our permission, she took him in, got him seen and gave home the treatment he needed at home, and his wound upon his pick up his wound was very clean and almost completely healed. She took great care of our guy. She also sent pics throughout his stay and kept I. Good communication with us throughout his stay. However the one of the biggest indicators of the good care she gave him was the fact that when we picked him up he was beyond ecstatic to see us, but he made sure to go back to Jennifer and rub his body against her leg, almost as to say thank you and show his care for her. Then he can back to us and was ready to go home. We would absolutely use her again! Highly recommend using Jennifer to care for your furry loved ones!”
“This is the first time that I've used Johnna, and all have to say is the cats warmed up to her immediately. Is she a pet whisperer? Everything went smoothly and she did everything I asked. She cleaned up litter messes and took it out to our outside garbage can so there was no litter smells when we got home. She spent time playing with them and even got my anxious cat to warm up to her. Definitely recommend her!”
“Grant was very easy to communicate with and he sent pictures while we were away. It was the first time we boarded our dog so we were a little nervous, but she had a great time, and it was very easy to trust that Grant would take excellent care of her. His property is also ideal for dogs to explore, have fun, and exercise! Booking her next stay now!”
“We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sandra and her family who meticulously cared for our pups while we had to go out of town for a funeral. During a very difficult time, Sandra and her family helped take in our pups and made them a part of their own pack. Our two pups deeply enjoyed their time with Sandra’s family. We were provided up to date information, photos and video clips of our pups and their activities everyday. If you are looking for someone who will meticulously care for your pups and treat them like their own, we would definitely recommend Sandra! We are looking to book with Sandra again in the future!”
“Sixuan was incredibly attentive, following all of my feeding instructions to the letter, taking Andi on regular walks, and ensuring she had her potty breaks every three hours or so. Coming home to find Andi looking so happy relaxed and healthy gave me total peace of mind. She sent regular pictures with updates about her welfare . I gladly give Sixuan 5 stars for her excellent service and cannot recommend Sixuan highly enough! She did an absolutely wonderful job looking after my fur-baby!”
“Erin and Devin took such amazing care of our dog, Kody, while we were away. Kody is usually pretty anxious, so we’re always a bit nervous leaving him—but he absolutely loved being with them. It was clear from the updates that he felt comfortable, happy, and right at home. Knowing he was in such good hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation stress-free, which means everything.
