About: Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always been surrounded by animals! My next-door neighbor would trust me for weeks at a time to take care of her old cat, and I would always take care of my pets when my parents weren’t home. Over the past year and a half, I worked at a local veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant! I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I’ve decided to take on pet-sitting full time while I finish college with my career goal being a veterinarian! I also own a leopard gecko, giving me experience handling exotic reptiles! About: I have always been lucky enough to have a dog growing up. I have looked after my neighbors pets multiple times as well. I am very comfortable around all types. As for cats I have never personally taken care of any but I do volunteer at the shelter that has both cats and dogs. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them and treat them as if they were my own. I have one family dog named Charles. He is a Lagotto Romagnolo and he truly is my bestfriend. I am interning at an accounting firm and I work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 to 5 pm. I am free to pet sit these days too after 5. As I’ve grown up and raised my children we have always had animals in our home as well. Katelyn is absolutely wonderful! I recently had to start working in the office 2x a week and I wanted to have the pups walked to make sure they didn’t destroy the house :). My dogs are covid puppies and we didn’t do the best socializing them. Katelyn has been amazingly patient allowing the dogs to get used to her instead of forcing the relationship. She also sends pictures and a summary of how everything went after the walk! Way better than my kids would have done! Katelyn is worth every penny!!!
