Hi, I'm Katelyn! I've always had a strong love for animals and have grown up around dogs my entire life. Being around pets from a young age has helped me become comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have looked after my neighbors' dogs and cats, which has allowed me to work with a variety of personalities, routines, and individual care needs. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I make it a priority to help them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you're away. I provide dependable dog walking and pet care with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or a slower pace, I'll tailor each visit to their needs. I'm attentive to details, follow care instructions carefully, and always treat pets as if they were my own. My goal is to give pet parents peace of mind by providing reliable care and regular updates. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!

Safety, trust & environment
For drop-ins and walks, I come in, let your dog out, and take them on a walk or give them a potty break depending on what they need. I refill water, feed them if that’s part of the visit, and clean up after them. I also spend a bit of time playing or giving attention so they’re not just in and out. Before I leave, I make sure everything is locked up and your dog is safe and settled. I’ll send you a quick update after each visit so you know how it went.

Katelyn is absolutely wonderful! I recently had to start working in the office 2x a week and I wanted to have the pups walked to make sure they didn’t destroy the house :). My dogs are covid puppies and we didn’t do the best socializing them. Katelyn has been amazingly patient allowing the dogs to get used to her instead of forcing the relationship. She also sends pictures and a summary of how everything went after the walk! Way better than my kids would have done! Katelyn is worth every penny!!!

Schedule
I have in-person classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I’m unavailable during those mornings, but I’ll be back in the area by around 1 PM. The rest of my weekdays are open, so I’m able to work around your pet’s schedule and routine. My weekend availability will vary, but I’ll do my best to be flexible and accommodate your needs. I also make it a priority to keep my availability calendar up to date and will communicate as early as possible if I become aware of any scheduling conflicts. Clear communication and reliability are important to me, and I want pet owners to feel confident when booking with me.
