They have gone above and beyond taking him with very little notice and picking him up and returning him. I feel very confident about his safety while in their care. Recently, I had an emergency and they picked him up without any notice and I boarded him with them for 3 days. This was the first time he was away from home and his first night he was nervous, but they gave him lots of reassurance and comfort. “I dropped off my 7 lb chihuahua, Molly, for a daycare session with Hana yesterday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I’ll admit I was really nervous at first, Molly is tiny, and there were two other dogs there, one of whom was super excited to meet a new friend. So much energy can make Molly hesitant, but Hana immediately stepped in with calm, confident leadership. She set clear boundaries to help everyone settle down, which made me feel so much more comfortable. Throughout the day, she sent me several videos showing Molly relaxed and happy, calmly hanging out with the other dogs and going for a nice walk. By the end of the day, Molly was curled up on the couch with Hana, her husband, and her two new friends, a huge sign of trust from my usually cautious little dog! Hana showed wonderful leadership, genuine care, and constant attention throughout the day. I left feeling completely reassured and grateful to have found someone so capable and kind. I’ll definitely be booking again!”

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I adore all animals and really enjoy their company. Having two fur babies of my own I know the importance of having someone you trust take care of them. I would treat your pets as if they were my own. Pets are family and should be treated with love, compassion, and respect. I have taken care of animals of all ages. I can give medication if needed. I would love to spend time with your pets when you are not able to. I currently work part time from home and have a flexible schedule. I would have plenty of time to spoil your fur babies with walks and belly rubs. I can do doggy daycare and boarding almost any day and time as long as your dog is tolerant to other dogs and is up to date on vaccinations. Playtime, walks, snuggles, and whatever else your pups or cats needs are, I am more than happy to supply them with the love and attention they need while you are away.

About: I’ve always had family pets. We’ve adopted several dogs, young and old, over the years. We currently do not have our own pets, but understand how important it is to feel relaxed when traveling, knowing your furry family is taken care of while away. I am self-employed and work from home. This allows me to be very accommodating when watching your pets and/or home. My wife is an RN and would be able to step in should my schedule not accommodate a particular situation. I prefer to watch your pets in their routine environment knowing it makes them less anxious while you’re away. Depending on your pet and their disposition, I could also allow them time in our home.

About: Hello there! My name is Brenda and I am new to the Greater Sacramento area. Before moving to Rancho Cordova I volunteered at the Inland Valley Humane Society and SPCA. I've always been an animal lover and have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including my own pets and helping care for family and friends' pets. I'm comfortable with different personalities and understand that every pet has their own routine, preferences, and quirks. I'm naturally very patient and attentive with animals, and I genuinely enjoy to know their personalities. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers to relax and cuddle, I'm happy to meet them where they're at and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. My schedule is very flexible right now, so I have plenty of availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, or boarding — mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I may eventually pick up part-time work, but even then I’d still have consistent time set aside for pet care. There’s also a park right across the street from my apartment, so daily walks and playtime are easy to build into the routine. I enjoy having a reason to get outside, stay active, and spend time with animals, so walks and drop-in visits fit really naturally into my day. I am also able to plan my schedule around your pet's routine and make sure they get the attention and care they need rather than feeling like they're just being checked off my list. Your pets safety and comfort are my biggest priorities. I always want pets to feel secure and comfortable in their environment. I live in an apartment with two cats of my own so I don’t currently have dogs at home — just a calm, clean space I keep consistent for any pet staying with me. My cats are used to visitors and generally easygoing, but I’m happy to talk through introductions ahead of time if that matters for your pet. There’s a park directly across the street, which makes it easy to get dogs outside for exercise multiple times a day. I'm respectful of your home, your pet's normal routine. I'll make sure doors and gates are secure, follow feeding and medication instructions when needed, and pay attention to anything that seems unusual with your pet. Most importantly, I know that trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, so I'll treat them with the same patience and care I could want for my own.

“I booked Colleen for day care for my two dogs while my new windows and sliding glass door were being installed for my home. Our meet and greet prior to booking went well! My dogs immediately liked her as well as her home. I felt assured that my dogs would enjoy their stay. Colleen provided lots of pictures and by the looks of it, my dogs had lots of fun.
