About: I started volunteering at the Antioch Animal Shelter in the 4th grade. Since then I have volunteered at numerous shelters and rescues, including the emergency animal shelter in Oroville after the Camp Fire. I'm Disaster Animal Rescue Team (D.A.R.T.) trained, animal CPR and first aid certified, and have years of TNR experience. I have had many exotics as pets, including a reef tank at one time. I have no issue feeding crickets and worms, but I can't feed snakes rodents. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so that would traumatize me. Lol. I also love rodents, and currently have 2 rescue guinea pigs. Animal care and nutrition are a passion of mine. I'm also an expert teeth brusher! I brush my cats and dogs teeth every night and some of my pet sits as well. I'm very experienced giving medication, even pills to cats and my recently adopted cat Ricky is diabetic. Two of my regular cats I sit take meds, and one gets insulin injections, so I'm very comfortable with both and also know how to check blood glucose. Animals are allowed on the furniture in my home, even the bed. A couple of dogs I regularly sit sleep in the bed with me and my dogs. I treat other people's furbabies the way I would want my furbabies treated. I'm a helicopter pet parent so I totally understand how hard it is to trust someone with the ones you love. If I ever thought something was wrong with your pet I would notify you asap, and I have no issue taking an animal to the vet. I have a rescue dog who has occasional seizures and a rescue kitty with kidney disease that I give sub-q fluids to every day, so I am very comfortable with special needs animals. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to pet care. I actually have a pet thermometer and carry a microchip reader in my truck with an extra leash. You'd be surprised how many times I've used that chip reader! Being a helicopter pet parent I NEVER EVER leave an animal outside alone, not even in my fenced in yard. I don't take chances. I'm also obsessively clean, so your litter box will not be a hot mess when you return, and if your dog uses a potty pad no problem. I also have waterproof vinyl plank flooring so accidents and kitty puke is easy to clean up. :-D. When I board animals it is very much mi casa esu casa! I'm also more than happy to water plants when I do drop-ins as well, since I have them myself and am also a gardener. :-) I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 days I come home for lunch since the office is only 2.5 miles from my house. I'm home most weekends as well. I follow the care instructions to the letter. If your pup requires a crate it must be brought with them, since mine are not crated. I am comfortable giving medication and supplements, measuring food, following a raw food diet, feeding exotics, etc. I'm also comfortable grooming for an extra fee, but will never ignore a mat in their fur or charge extra for daily grooming like toothbrushing.

Nicole was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a previous boarding experience that did not go so well because the dogs in the home barked at mine the entire time he was there (days). With that information, Nicole introduced her dogs to mine one at a time. My dog spent several hours at her home and got along so well with her fur babies. It was like a great play date! I am happy to have her as a resource should I need to board my pup.”

I spend most of my time at home with my retired husband, allowing me to provide plenty of supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. Aside from occasional errands, I’m available to ensure your dog(s) receives consistent care and affection. Our home is designed with dogs' comfort in mind. We have a large, grassy, fully fenced backyard and a dog door that allows dogs to come and go freely at their own pace. In addition, I regularly take dogs outside for potty breaks throughout their stay. Dogs are treated like family here and are welcome on the furniture and beds. We provide pet stairs to help them safely access couches and beds, making them feel as comfortable as they would in their own home. Daily walks are offered during the cooler parts of the day, typically in the early morning and again in the late afternoon or evening. Providing a safe, secure, and loving environment is my top priority. Our large, fenced backyard offers plenty of space for exercise, play, and relaxation. We also share our home with two friendly, long-haired, five-year-old Dachshunds who enjoy the company of visiting dogs. We strive to maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere where dogs can settle in comfortably and enjoy their stay. We provide extra dog beds for guests, and if your dog prefers or requires a crate, you're welcome to bring your own. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, cuddling on the couch, relaxing in the yard, or simply being around caring people, they'll receive personalized attention and plenty of love while you're away.

About: I have extensive experience with a wide variety of dogs. Currently, I don’t have any pets of my own, allowing me to fully dedicate my time to caring for your furry friend. My boarding service is perfect for dogs in heat or pets that may not get along well with other animals. I currently work part-time and will be away from home for four hours on weekdays. I’ll be happy to care for your dog if my schedule works for you. I have a safe enclosed backyard where your dog can play and enjoy fresh air. About: Senior care of my Luna dog with kidney failure and five years volunteering at Front Street Animal Shelter. My dog Sugar is a foster fail. I Iprovide pet care for my two dogs on a daily basis and will provide are for the dogs I watch according to owners instructions. There are no children living in my house so my home is peaceful and quiet.

About: I have had dogs all my life growing up. Honestly - there has never been a year in my life where I have not owned a dog. I have experience with small dogs to large dogs. I have volunteered for several shelters when I was younger. I have cared for senior dogs and dogs who have cancer. My dogs are spoiled and honestly, they are not pets but family. I love my dogs unconditionally the way they love me. I currently work from home all week. I am free to play, run around, and walk my furry family throughout the day. I am usually home during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. I have a fenced yard. The yard is large and has grass and play toys. I have two furry family dogs to keep your pet company as well. My home is dog friendly with multiple dog beds, toys, and treats. I have extra crates, leashes, harnesses, treats, bowls, and blankets.

About: I've had pet dogs my entire life, but as an adult I've personally adopted 2 dogs and a cat of my own. I have cared for pets at every stage of their life. I'm a freelance digital artist so my availability is open. I don't do artwork outside of my home, however. If I'm working for you that has my full attention. In my home I have a pool. My pug can swim but I'm still always outside when she is. Im very attentive when I take on responsibilities. My house is spacious and we are open to crating. Our pets sleep inside with us.
