“Lisa is super communicative. I felt comfortable with her in my home and to watch my doggy. He's a super shy husky and she had the patience to work with him. Hope to have Lisa again next time :)”

“We appreciated Brandy’s thoughtful and responsible care for our three babes!! It was clear that they each felt loved, while we were away, and Brandy updated us with any questions or happenings as necessary. We truly felt at ease leaving her in charge with our fur babes and home!! Thank you Brandy!!”

“Diana is so kind and generous! We have two animals and she came over twice to make sure she understood how to take care of them. Each time, she was a complete delight and also she kept me updated with updates on how my fur babies were doing. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She will be our go-to sitter from now on”

“Cheyenne was great! She was really on top of communicating and sent many cute pictures of Bambi while we were away to reassure us that Bambi was being well taken care of. She really went above and beyond. I would definitely book her again!”

“Really grateful for Rachel's help! She was fantastic with our dog Charli and helped us keep great tabs on our two cats. She provided us with several pictures every day throughout Charli's walks and wore him out with a 45 minute walk and 15 minutes of playtime! I wish she could have stayed with us longer but it was quite a drive for her. She's super friendly and very accommodating and always let us know if she had a schedule change. Would definitely hire her again in the future! ”

“Jasmine was very caring to my baby kitties. She regularly sent us updates on how they're doing and what they're doing. My kitties are shy and Jazmine was patient and gave them time to get accustomed to her. After they opened up to her, the kitties loved rubbing up to her and eventually cuddling with her. She also left my house as clean as it was when I left. I'm so glad I found Jazmine. Now I know who to book next time. 😊”

“As soon as we did our meet and greet I knew Anu was in safe and loving hands. It was our first time using rover and Melinda was so perfect. We’ll definitely be rebooking her. The photos were sweet, the communication was clear and prompt, and our home was spotless. Thank you so much!! I am so grateful to have found you!”

About: I’ve grown up with (and pet sat) tons of different animals! I can work with dogs, cats, horses, goats/sheep, birds, reptiles, rodents, you name it! Cool with feeding, watering, potty breaks, administering medicines, cleaning, etc. I’ve been doing dog training for about two years now, and am comfortable working with fearful/reactive animals too. Tons of experience across all fields! I’m a part-time college student with a lot of time on my hands! I think pets deserve all the love and attention I can provide for them, and I’m happy to do just that. Following routines is my jam! Feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, just let me know what you and your furry friends prefer and I’m happy to follow your lead!
“Shelby is amazing! Very punctual and great at communicating. She did a great job taking care of our cat. She was very open to learning on how to take care of our cat (schedules, meals etc) and was patient with the process.”

“Joel is an excellent dog/house sitter. He has bonded well with Loki, (our big German Shepherd/Husky cross) and is very patient, and very calm around him, which in turn keeps Loki calm! Joel is accommodating, responsive, flexible, professional and respectful. Joel is also very respectful of our home. We have already booked Joel a few times in coming months. We highly recommend Joel to look after your best furry canine friend, and your home while you are away!”

“Jenna is the best Rover sitter I've found! Sends regular updates, is super thoughtful and takes great care of my older pup. Trustworthy, reliable. Have used her before and will continue to book with her!”

About: I’ve trained and cared for many dogs throughout my life, from agility training high energy puppies, to senior canine hospice. I’ve been a volunteer with the ASPCA since December of 2023 and have deployed to their cruelty recovery center in Ohio multiple times as a volunteer kennel technician. I currently work as a veterinary assistant at a small practice in Woodland, Ca I am currently working full time Tuesday-Friday 8am-5:30pm as a veterinary assistant, and Saturdays 8am to noon, so when I’m not at work, I love to spend my time giving your pet(s) the attention and structure that they deserve! I can stay overnight with your pet, or do daily check ins starting at 6 am. Any time I leave your pet unattended I will provide them with a safe form of enrichment to keep them busy.
About: I have had dogs all my life growing up. Honestly - there has never been a year in my life where I have not owned a dog. I have experience with small dogs to large dogs. I have volunteered for several shelters when I was younger. I have cared for senior dogs and dogs who have cancer. My dogs are spoiled and honestly, they are not pets but family. I love my dogs unconditionally the way they love me. I currently work from home all week. I am free to play, run around, and walk my furry family throughout the day. I am usually home during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. I have a fenced yard. The yard is large and has grass and play toys. I have two furry family dogs to keep your pet company as well. My home is dog friendly with multiple dog beds, toys, and treats. I have extra crates, leashes, harnesses, treats, bowls, and blankets.
“Delmar is a lovely person and pet sitter! She went above and beyond to make sure my menagerie was taken care of and sent lots of updates. She also took her own notes about my home and the the pets’ schedules.”

McClellan Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Rebekah did an amazing job house sitting and taking care of my three cats. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly very comfortable with animals. I really appreciated the regular picture updates—it gave me peace of mind knowing my cats were happy and well cared for while I was away. She was also easy to get a hold of whenever I needed to check in. I came home to three very content cats and a well-kept home, which says everything. I would absolutely trust Rebekah again and plan to use her in the future. Highly recommend!

This was our first time booking with Piper. She took very good care of our Standard Poodle Bundles for a quick afternoon sitting at our home. She was prompt, punctual, easy to communicate with, friendly, and respectful of our home. Bundles took to her very well and became fast friends. We’d definitely choose her again for future sittings. Thank you for the Baklava. It was awesome!

Zair watched my animals, 3 cats and a senior dog. She took great care of them, sending lots of pictures and videos. My cats are shy but I got pictures of each one daily. They seemed to really like her, they were doing all their normal activities. I found cat toys that they haven’t played with for years, so I know they had a blast. My older dog got walked at least once per day, and Zair reached out any time she had questions or noticed somthing was not as I had said it would be. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat

Drew was phenomenal with Meeko and Belle. I was traveling abroad for two weeks, and it was such a blessing to find someone who can genuinely care for blind pets—especially an elderly one with a younger, mischievous sibling. Drew was incredibly responsive, sent regular updates, and took amazing care of both the pets and the house. Belle is blind, senior, and sometimes experiences separation anxiety, but Drew was patient, gentle, and attentive with her. Meeko is a curious troublemaker, and Drew kept him stimulated while keeping the “trouble” under control. I’d 100% recommend Drew to anyone. I’ve already told my coworkers and friends—he’s truly exceptional.

Madeline is awesome. This was the second time she has watched my two dogs. She stayed for four days this time. I received numerous updates and photos. When I checked in Madeline was always quick to respond. I highly recommend her. Madeline is welcome any time she’s available.

We have used Danielle to house-sit and dog-sit for a long time now; probably 3-4 years, and well over a dozen times. She is one of the ONLY people besides family, that we would trust with our dog and our home. She is always reliable, and makes herself available whenever we need her, including weekends and holidays. Our dog is always excited to see her, so we know she does a great job. She is very responsive and very easy to communicate with. She even stayed an extra day in an emergency, when our plane was delayed overnight. She’s taken care of Phoebe so many times, we don’t even send her instructions anymore, and she knows exactly what to do. We just leave the keys under the mat, and she does the same for us. I would personally recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter or house sitter.
