“Julie and her sister Sandy are wonderful. My miniature Dachshund, Bruno, has been going to their home for doggie daycare for some time now. They have gone above and beyond taking him with very little notice and picking him up and returning him. I feel very confident about his safety while in their care. Recently, I had an emergency and they picked him up without any notice and I boarded him with them for 3 days. This was the first time he was away from home and his first night he was nervous, but they gave him lots of reassurance and comfort. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loving and caring doggie daycare and boarding in a home environment.”

About: Hello there! My name is Brenda and I am new to the Greater Sacramento area. Before moving to Rancho Cordova I volunteered at the Inland Valley Humane Society and SPCA. I've always been an animal lover and have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including my own pets and helping care for family and friends' pets. I'm comfortable with different personalities and understand that every pet has their own routine, preferences, and quirks. I'm naturally very patient and attentive with animals, and I genuinely enjoy to know their personalities. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers to relax and cuddle, I'm happy to meet them where they're at and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. My schedule is very flexible right now, so I have plenty of availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, or boarding — mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I may eventually pick up part-time work, but even then I’d still have consistent time set aside for pet care. There’s also a park right across the street from my apartment, so daily walks and playtime are easy to build into the routine. I enjoy having a reason to get outside, stay active, and spend time with animals, so walks and drop-in visits fit really naturally into my day. I am also able to plan my schedule around your pet's routine and make sure they get the attention and care they need rather than feeling like they're just being checked off my list. Your pets safety and comfort are my biggest priorities. I always want pets to feel secure and comfortable in their environment. I live in an apartment with two cats of my own so I don’t currently have dogs at home — just a calm, clean space I keep consistent for any pet staying with me. My cats are used to visitors and generally easygoing, but I’m happy to talk through introductions ahead of time if that matters for your pet. There’s a park directly across the street, which makes it easy to get dogs outside for exercise multiple times a day. I'm respectful of your home, your pet's normal routine. I'll make sure doors and gates are secure, follow feeding and medication instructions when needed, and pay attention to anything that seems unusual with your pet. Most importantly, I know that trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, so I'll treat them with the same patience and care I could want for my own.

Awesome right? Ann is very knowledgeable with dogs, patient and so very kind. Ann sent pics of Sasuke and Winston. You can tell Sasuke was happy to be there. About: Having been through some pretty big life changes recently, I’m reminded to slow down and focus on things that make me happy. One thing that makes me happy is dogs. I’ve also wanted to get out and take more walks, so what better way to enjoy both than dog walking. I’ve had pets of all types all my life, but dogs are hands down my favorite. I currently have two of my own and occasionally watch my friends’ dogs. A friend of mine uses Rover, and I’ve been a pet sitter since I was a teen, so I thought I’d give it a try. I have taken a few training classes when my dog was a puppy and I have some experience with special needs (seniors, blindness, low mobility, and seizures). I work full time, but telework three days a week. For midday visits and dog walks, someone close to home would be best to ensure availability. We can always discuss evening visits or walks as well. For boarding, unless discussed and scheduled prior, weekends would best to ensure I can be home with your fur babe. I treat visiting pups like my own. They’re allowed on my furniture and in my bed. I have multiple crates of various sizes if a crate is needed. My yard is fenced, but dogs aren’t typically left unattended in the yard. I have seven free range chickens in my yard, so their safety is also a concern for me. I’m also open to discussion if your dogs’ needs don’t align with my typical routine; I don’t mind changing things up if it’s something I can accommodate.

I booked Megan on short notice for doggy daycare was glad that I did. Her location was perfect for the event I was attending. She was easy to communicate with and I felt good about leaving my fur baby with her. My dog enjoyed playing with hers in a nice fenced yard. She sent a photo part way through the day. At pick up he had eaten and was ready to go. A great experience all around.
Our dog Baxter hasn’t been to doggy day care for a couple of years, so he had extra anxiety on top of his normal separation anxiety. Cliff allowed us to meet up the day prior to ensure that Baxter would be comfortable in the environment, which included a cat. The visit was a success. Cliff had a room dedicated to the animals and a beautiful backyard with vibrant green grass, which Baxter loved. Cliff was very friendly and seemed like a natural with dogs. This made us feel good about leaving Baxter with him for doggy day care the next day. When we dropped Baxter off, he acted shy at first, hesitant to approach and sticking close to us, but he looked very happy at pick-up, wagging his tail and greeting us with excitement. Cliff sent a photo and update about Baxter's visit. Baxter usually needs several visits to trust new people. Cliff patiently gave him space as he introduced and welcomed him to the pack, making the experience feel calm and positive for Baxter. We highly recommend Cliff, and will be using his services in the future.
Thank you sooo much! I’m currently over seas and Coryn helped me out big time picking up Tito and dropping him off for all day play. He got to hang out with her play with doggies and go back home. My family forgot to leave out his food and Coryn totally stepped up, went into my fridge and fed Tito while my family was out working and getting home late.
