We recently rescued a Alaskan husky from the animal shelter and a brand new puppy (bull mastiff and pit bull mix). I am very responsible and love to have your doggy come hang out with our duo while you are away. I have two boys (ages 16 and 13) at home as well that love to love on some doggies. We are an active family that plays soccer and if possible would take your dog with us to the parks for some park time, of course if this is okay with you. I have seven free range chickens in my yard, so their safety is also a concern for me. I’m also open to discussion if your dogs’ needs don’t align with my typical routine; I don’t mind changing things up if it’s something I can accommodate.

“Our dog Baxter hasn’t been to doggy day care for a couple of years, so he had extra anxiety on top of his normal separation anxiety. Cliff allowed us to meet up the day prior to ensure that Baxter would be comfortable in the environment, which included a cat. The visit was a success. Cliff had a room dedicated to the animals and a beautiful backyard with vibrant green grass, which Baxter loved. Cliff was very friendly and seemed like a natural with dogs. This made us feel good about leaving Baxter with him for doggy day care the next day. When we dropped Baxter off, he acted shy at first, hesitant to approach and sticking close to us, but he looked very happy at pick-up, wagging his tail and greeting us with excitement. Cliff sent a photo and update about Baxter's visit. Baxter usually needs several visits to trust new people. Cliff patiently gave him space as he introduced and welcomed him to the pack, making the experience feel calm and positive for Baxter. We highly recommend Cliff, and will be using his services in the future.”

About: My older brother and I live together while I am in graduate school. I have a dog, Zoey, and with her being my only baby, we love bringing dogs in to play with her and join us on hikes and beach days! Darius and I are huge dog lovers with 4 years of experience taking care of fur babies! We both work mostly from home and am home all day on weekends. I go with my friends (one has a senior dog and one wishes she had a dog) so I always have a helper if you are okay with your dog joining! My pictures show one of Zoey’s repeat besties who goes with me hiking, on trails, and to the beaches often! I am a mama bear for my dog and her safety and We make it our mission to do the same for yours! I have a fenced yard and on walks use a gentle lead so that she can’t get too far or choke. I monitor feedings and keep any ingestion-prone toys and objects away from all pets.

How I care for my dog Is that she gets feed once in the morning and once at night. when I have time before class, excluding Monday and Wednesday this semester, I take my pup on at least a 20 min walk. She spends most her time outside, but sleeps inside at night.

My two kitties are indoor only and I am currently waiting for their hardnesses to come in so we can switch from their training collars to hardnesses. Also, working on GPS/ tracking related options (for safety). Outside of that my kitties are fed twice a day, given 1 treatstick (each), and two different flavors in their bowls. I always have fresh dry food and water available to them. I stick to procelian bowls on a mat for their dry food and water so that I am able to easily change it often. I change their water every other day (they get a water additive put into the water, helps protect their teeth and gums). The dry food I change once per week, each time I change the bowl.

“Philip was an amazing dog and house sitter for us while we were out of the country for 5 days. He took great care of both of our pups and we never once had to worry about anything and could truly enjoy our time away. He even cleaned up the house and vacuumed so we came home to a clean house. Not something we asked of him, just something he did and was greatly appreciated. One of our pups is high energy and he took extra time to take her to the park with one of his dogs on most of the days we were gone so they could play, run and chase each other. Our other dog is over 100 lbs and he walked with him each day without a problem. He easily met the needs of both of our dogs. He followed all care instructions and is very responsible.
