“Ann took care of Hexy for a week while we were on vacation. She regularly updated us on how he was doing and sent us pictures. Herxy had a great time staying with Ann- he got a lot of attention and love and Ann made sure that he was safe- which was the most important to me. I know that he was happy there - as when we came to pick him up - he was happy to see us but he also went to Ann and her husband for affection and pettings - which included to me that he was happy with them. I would absolutely recommend Ann as a dog sitter/ for dog boarding.”

Our dogs were each showing different signs of new environment stress and she simply advised us of what was occurring, that we shouldn’t worry, all was handled. Marissa made the drop off easy, the home care easy, the pickup easy. What more could you ask for? Will book with her again. 👍🏼”

About: I'm a lifelong dog and cat lover, and I’ve cared for pets from their youngest, most rambunctious years to wise seniors needing slower days. Hope to hear from you soon :)

“Jessica was so great with our little Leo and Gizmo kittens while we were out of town! She spent quality time with them on her stays, gave them treats and pets, and was exceptionally responsive. We loved reading her recaps of how each visit went. She even went above and beyond to clean up accidents from our special needs kitten, Leo. Will 110% reach out to Jessica again!”

“Julie and her sister Sandy are wonderful. My miniature Dachshund, Bruno, has been going to their home for doggie daycare for some time now. They have gone above and beyond taking him with very little notice and picking him up and returning him. I feel very confident about his safety while in their care. Recently, I had an emergency and they picked him up without any notice and I boarded him with them for 3 days. This was the first time he was away from home and his first night he was nervous, but they gave him lots of reassurance and comfort. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loving and caring doggie daycare and boarding in a home environment.”

“Marianne was amazing! She welcomed my two little Shih Tzus into her home and treated them like they were part of the family. I got a few pictures during the day and could see how relaxed my pups were with her. Highly recommend!”

“Our dog Baxter hasn’t been to doggy day care for a couple of years, so he had extra anxiety on top of his normal separation anxiety. Cliff allowed us to meet up the day prior to ensure that Baxter would be comfortable in the environment, which included a cat. The visit was a success. Cliff had a room dedicated to the animals and a beautiful backyard with vibrant green grass, which Baxter loved. Cliff was very friendly and seemed like a natural with dogs. This made us feel good about leaving Baxter with him for doggy day care the next day. When we dropped Baxter off, he acted shy at first, hesitant to approach and sticking close to us, but he looked very happy at pick-up, wagging his tail and greeting us with excitement. Cliff sent a photo and update about Baxter's visit. Baxter usually needs several visits to trust new people. Cliff patiently gave him space as he introduced and welcomed him to the pack, making the experience feel calm and positive for Baxter. We highly recommend Cliff, and will be using his services in the future.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Alexis and her family. Bonnie loved spending the day playing with the kids and other dogs. Communication with Alexis was also great - we’d happily book again!”

“Ann and Steve are so great! Ann allowed us to do a meet & greet to check out her backyard and to get to know our dogs. She does not have pets and prefers to sit one pet family at a time. Awesome right? Ann is very knowledgeable with dogs, patient and so very kind. Ann sent pics of Sasuke and Winston. You can tell Sasuke was happy to be there. Winston is just shy overall but warmed up to Ann and Steve. I would definitely book with Ann again. She is one of the best sitters.”

About: Hi, I'm Anna! I am a passionate, highly trained animal lover dedicated to giving your pet the safest and most fun experience possible. Since March, I have been an active volunteer with the Sacramento SPCA, where I have completed intensive online courses and hands-on, in-person training in canine behavior, body language, and socialization. I am fully certified to handle and walk the shelter's Green and Orange color-coded dogs. Because of my training and reliability, the SPCA also trusts me with their Foster Furlough program for their highest-need Pink color-coded dogs. This means I regularly take these advanced-level dogs out of the shelter environment for day trips and overnight stays in my home to give them a break. Whether your dog needs a high-energy walk, structured socialization, or just an attentive and loving overnight companion, I know exactly how to read their body language and keep them safe in real-world situations. I have a very flexible part-time schedule, my own reliable vehicle for check-ins, and a deep commitment to following your exact house rules and routines. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! I don’t work so I’m home pretty much all time unless I’m running errands. I’m available Tuesday-sat to come and help out with your babies!! I have a fenced yard but always prefer to watch them while there going potty or playing! I’d also be able to crate them if needed:)

About: Hi! I’m pursuing my bachelors in environmental science at UW, but in the meantime I’m hoping that this will help bring me experience! I’m in Rancho Cordova area for the summer, so book with me if you need a reliable and responsible pet sitter! I currently do not work, but I am looking for opportunities to! But because of my free schedule it allows me just that much more time to work and play with your pets! About: I'm a lifelong dog and cat lover, and I’ve cared for pets from their youngest, most rambunctious years to wise seniors needing slower days. One of my own dogs started out extremely anxious, so I’m also experienced with shy or nervous pets who need calm, gentle care, and maybe a few treats to help the process along ;) I'm also up to raise my heartrate a little jogging, going on long walks, or playing tug-of-war with younger bubs who want a bit more excitement. What I Can Do for Your Pets: - Handle larger/stronger pups (my own are both pitties with lots of energy that I walk on a dual-lead leash) - Administer meds & monitor health - Long walks, playtime, and enrichment fun - Puppy, kitten, and senior care - Multi-pet household management - Work through reactivity & behavior support - Build trust and confidence in nervous pets I’d love to give your pets the same patient, loving care I give my own! Hope to hear from you soon :) I work remotely with flex-time, so my schedule is quite adaptable. I can make most times work to bring the best care to your babies! I focus on keeping pets safe, happy, and comfortable in their own home. In past experiences watching friends' animals, following each pet’s routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications has helped them feel secure and well cared for. I give shy or anxious pets plenty of space and patience, avoiding overwhelm and encouraging a calm and confidence in their space. Despite how well we try to prepare ourselves, I know leaving your furry friends in the care of relative strangers can be an emotionally taxing experience. That's why I really enjoy keeping pet parents updated with notes and pictures about walks, play, meals, and behavior, so they can relax knowing their pets are happy and loved. I also enjoy taking dogs on long walks around neighborhoods, local parks, or even along the river, fitting into whatever their routine is or you as the owner would like it to be, of course. My own dogs and I have been working through their reactivity training with a clicker and training treats. I'm no expert, but they have come a long way since we started! If you have a reactive dog, rest easy knowing this isn't new to me and that I'm willing to work with them and follow your lead on whatever it is they need in those moments. Regardless of their background, every pet in my care gets patience, love, and a reassuring presence <3

I bring patience, genuine love, and a calm energy that pets respond well to As a freelancer, my schedule is flexible and I have plenty of time and attention to dedicate to your pets. Your furry loved ones will never feel like an afterthought. Pet safety and comfort are always my top priority. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. About: My older brother and I live together while I am in graduate school. I have a dog, Zoey, and with her being my only baby, we love bringing dogs in to play with her and join us on hikes and beach days! Darius and I are huge dog lovers with 4 years of experience taking care of fur babies! We both work mostly from home and am home all day on weekends. I am in graduate school, but those are evening classes, so I am able to give the dogs a full day of love and play and dinner before popping into class. My brother is home when I am not, but we are often home together with the dogs. Darius is more athletic than I am so he’ll run with the pups and I’m more here for fetch and cuddles 🥰 In the warmer months, I hike and go to the beach on weekends about once a month, but I always bring Zoey! I go with my friends (one has a senior dog and one wishes she had a dog) so I always have a helper if you are okay with your dog joining! My pictures show one of Zoey’s repeat besties who goes with me hiking, on trails, and to the beaches often! I am a mama bear for my dog and her safety and We make it our mission to do the same for yours! I have a fenced yard and on walks use a gentle lead so that she can’t get too far or choke. I monitor feedings and keep any ingestion-prone toys and objects away from all pets.

I am currently on my summer break from college so I have lots of time to be able to do different services like walking, house sitting, etc. I have experience staying at others homes to take care of pets. I always follow the instructions given by the owner and am respectful in their space!
About: My funny little dog was adopted for her own sake. We didn't need another pet, but this girl really needed a home and her own Christmas stocking. Although she still has her issues, she has become such a happy, vibrant girl and my family marvels at how lucky we are to have her. I love each individual pet for who they are, and will care for your special one/s just the way you tell me you'd like. I am also reliable and dependable, so I will be there as we agreed. And should life happen, I will never leave you hanging, but will communicate with you in a very timely manner. I truly look forward to meeting you and your furry companion. :) Unless another amazing client or my own wonderful family books my time, I am generally available on weekdays from 7am - 5:30pm, Saturdays 7am - 4pm, occasional evenings and Sundays, and I have some holiday availability. I am happy to travel to your home in Rancho Cordova and surrounding areas such as Gold River, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Folsom, and parts of Sacramento.
About: I’m an experienced pet sitter with over 10 years of hands-on care for dogs, cats, and small animals. I specialize in in-home pet sitting and house sitting, which means your pets get to stay comfortable in their own space while you’re away. I’m especially good with pets who are sensitive, older, shy, or used to a calm routine. I pay close attention to instructions, schedules, and small details—feeding, medications, walks, and home care are all handled carefully and respectfully. While I’m not able to board pets in my own home, I’m very reliable for overnight stays, extended trips, and daily check-ins. I treat every home as if it were my own and every pet as if they were family.. My children and I started watching dogs in 2013 as a way for them to have the experience of having a furry friend and the responsibility it teaches. Over the years we have had the pleasure of bonding with regulars (the dogs, cats and sometimes the people too!) learning about breed specific tendencies and characteristics and have and continue to enjoy having the furry guests stay with us. My kids have since grown up and moved out on their own. Restless in my empty nest I have moved on. As such my house is no longer available for boarding. However, I am continuing to house sit which I started doing about a year or so prior to having doggy guests. I am also available for drop in visits and walking services. Feel free to contact me with any questions! Cheers! My schedule is flexible and allows me to adapt to your pet’s existing routine so their day stays as normal and predictable as possible. I prioritize consistency with feeding times, walks, medications, and companionship. Because I focus on house sitting and drop-in visits, I’m able to give pets unrushed attention and maintain the rhythm they’re used to with their owners. I provide care in your home so pets can remain in their familiar environment, which helps reduce stress and anxiety. I follow all care instructions closely and keep a clean, respectful presence in your home. I’m very reliable for overnight stays, extended trips, and daily check-ins. I treat every home with care and every pet as if they were my own, prioritizing safety, calm handling, and clear communication with you while you’re away.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life & cannot imagine life without one. My current fur baby is a 4 year old black lab & I’ve learned a lot about dog training over the last 4 years. Dogs need physical and mental stimulation every day & they rely on their humans for everything. Please allow me to love, entertain, & care for your fur babies whenever you are not available. I’m happy to be their second best friend. I’m currently a stay at home mom to 2 humans & 1 Labrador Retriever. I am available weekdays before 3pm with some flexibility 3-5pm. Available for meet & greet Saturday or Sunday. I will take notes on any special instructions or requests you have. Every pet has a different play style & individual needs so I aim to treat each one in a way that makes them (& you) happy.

“Jasmine was absolutely amazing! She has a great backyard for the dogs to run around. She sent pictures and videos everyday and Shasta always looked so happy. I will definitely be contacting Jasmine again to care for our sweet girl!”

“Doh was great with boarding my dog who occasionally has issues with other dogs. She was able to play in her own separated yard. Doh was also willing to accept her last minute for a holiday. We will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Cliff was absolutely amazing with my golden retriever. From the start, he was communicative, reliable, and clearly cared about making sure my dog was comfortable and happy. I got regular updates and photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. My dog came home relaxed, well cared for, and honestly looked like he had his own little vacation. Cliff went above and beyond with attention, exercise, and overall care. You can tell he genuinely loves animals and treats them like his own.”

“Derek and his family took excellent care of our anxious, recently rescued Gouda for 5 days. They sent daily updates about how she was adjusting and several photos of her. Great communicators who respond quickly. I was never once worried about Gouda’s safety or wellbeing. She came back clean and happy! Highly recommend.”

“Marissa was so easy to work with. She sent messages, pics, and videos while we were away, just the right amount without “bombarding”. Our dogs were each showing different signs of new environment stress and she simply advised us of what was occurring, that we shouldn’t worry, all was handled. Marissa made the drop off easy, the home care easy, the pickup easy. What more could you ask for? Will book with her again. 👍🏼”

“Serena and Wes are the best! Our girls both love them and had the best time while staying with them! They worked with us ahead of time so we could be sure our rescue would be comfortable and that they’d be good with her too. Serena sent us so many adorable pictures and videos while we were on vacation which was great for our peace of mind. She was super communicative about everything and we are so glad to have an awesome sitter we can trust. Astro and Luna will be back for Christmas :)”

“Gabriela was a great sitter for our dog! She was communicative and sent us little updates each day. She asks all the right questions and paid attention to all the details and preferences of to make our dudes stay with as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much!”

“Coryn was fantastic! Our boarding experience went great! She was awesome with our 80-lb 1.5 year old dog, obviously great with dogs. She and her amazing family and dogs took great care of our boy. Communication was fantastic and our dude came home happy and very worn out from playing. Highly recommend Coryn!”

“Wyne took great care of my pug! I appreciated receiving photos every day, and Wyne was always very responsive to any questions. While I missed my dog terribly, I felt comfortable knowing that Bazbo was in good hands. Two thumbs and four paws up for Wyne!”
“Expert with huskies. If you have a husky book with Ekaterina ! She has good hours for pickup and drop off and is very accommodating. Has a backyard that is good. She is also good with communication.”

“Ani took SUCH amazing care of Maisy! She sent lots of pictures and updates. I honestly felt bad picking her up because she has so much fun with them! I will absolutely use Ani in the future!!”

“Everything is always great with Michele! She is kind and caring with Moose and very communicative, checking in regularly. Moose loves his visits with Michele and family.”

“As a sitter myself, I really value someone who’s communicative, kind, and understanding, and Johnna is all of that and more. My dog is a little eccentric, and she was incredibly patient and attentive in learning her quirks, making sure her needs were met, and keeping us updated along the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again and truly appreciate her so much.”

“Nancy was perfect! I didn’t worry or fret about my dog’s well being and had a stress free night out away! It was our first time being separated over night. He did great, largely, I’m sure because of Nancy ! He will be staying with her again for sure.”
