Colleen is great! She and her partner take wonderful care of my senior dog, Bailey, and have been understanding and accommodating of Bailey’s increasing needs due to her age. Colleen always follows all of my care instructions, sends pictures and updates, and asks clarifying questions to make sure that Bailey is comfortable and well taken care of. She is also extremely reliable regarding booking and pick up/drop off arrangements, which is so helpful. I really appreciate the peace of mind in knowing that my pup is well taken care of when I need to travel.
Jataveya accepted our last minute request to watch our dog Phoebe over the weekend. I appreciated her quick response and continued communication as we coordinated dropping her off and picking her back up. Cliff was wonderful with our dog. It was our first time using Rover and he made our worries subside by meeting him first and going over what their day would look like. Melissa and her kids were really great with my dog, Kyro! Kyro tends to get very anxious when with new people and environments, but Melissa and the kids made him feel very comfortable. Alison is a wonderful pet sitter. My two dogs were boarded in their home over Memorial Day weekend and they were very happy. From consistent photo updates to making sure they got plenty of exercise, potty breaks, and love, my dogs were treated like royalty. The backyard and house are super safe and perfect for dogs. My 2 year old Great Dane puppy had a blast being a part of Katy’s pack for 6 days. Her communication was great and she sent lots of updates. They worked on basic commands and he got lots of cuddles. This was the longest I’ve left my pup in someone else’s care and it went far better than expected.
