Currently unemployed with lots of free time to care for pets anytime of the day or night! About: Hello! I specialize in caring for cats and big dogs, but I love all animals. I especially love cuddly and low energy pets. I’ve taken care of neighbors’ pets for a few years and now would like to expand my pet sitting services. I currently have two cats and have grown up with dogs as well. I’m a full time college student, currently attending night classes Monday-Wednesday. I’m available for walks and drop-ins in the morning and early afternoon on these days. Scheduling overnights on these days depend on how frequently your pets need check ins. Thursday-Sunday I’m available all day to give your pets the attention they need! Your pet’s happiness and safety is my top priority. I take the time to get to know your pets and understand what they need from my visit, whether it’s high energy playtime or cuddles and belly rubs.

About: Hello there! My name is Brenda and I am new to the Greater Sacramento area. Before moving to Rancho Cordova I volunteered at the Inland Valley Humane Society and SPCA. I've always been an animal lover and have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including my own pets and helping care for family and friends' pets. I'm comfortable with different personalities and understand that every pet has their own routine, preferences, and quirks. I'm naturally very patient and attentive with animals, and I genuinely enjoy to know their personalities. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers to relax and cuddle, I'm happy to meet them where they're at and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. My schedule is very flexible right now, so I have plenty of availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, or boarding — mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I may eventually pick up part-time work, but even then I’d still have consistent time set aside for pet care. There’s also a park right across the street from my apartment, so daily walks and playtime are easy to build into the routine. I enjoy having a reason to get outside, stay active, and spend time with animals, so walks and drop-in visits fit really naturally into my day. I am also able to plan my schedule around your pet's routine and make sure they get the attention and care they need rather than feeling like they're just being checked off my list. Your pets safety and comfort are my biggest priorities. I always want pets to feel secure and comfortable in their environment. I live in an apartment with two cats of my own so I don’t currently have dogs at home — just a calm, clean space I keep consistent for any pet staying with me. My cats are used to visitors and generally easygoing, but I’m happy to talk through introductions ahead of time if that matters for your pet. There’s a park directly across the street, which makes it easy to get dogs outside for exercise multiple times a day. I'm respectful of your home, your pet's normal routine. I'll make sure doors and gates are secure, follow feeding and medication instructions when needed, and pay attention to anything that seems unusual with your pet. Most importantly, I know that trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, so I'll treat them with the same patience and care I could want for my own.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for more than 10 years and I’ve had a whole zoo in my house. I’ve had animals from dogs to rabbits to guinea pigs to hamsters. I currently have an 11 year old Akita, Koda, and a 9 year old Pomeranian/Pekingese mix, Gertrude. I worked for 2 years at a local doggy daycare and absolutely loved my time there! I learned a lot about dogs, their behaviors, safety, and just how to be the best caretaker I can be. I just finished up my Associate’s in Environmental Conservation at American River College and am looking to save money for my move to Arcata to attend Cal Poly Humboldt to finish my Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Conservation & Management. I also work part-time as a server. I have a lot of extra time that I would love to fill by helping you and your families out by taking care of your furry loved ones! While I unfortunately do not offer pet sitting services at my house, I would treat my clients home with the respect and cleanliness I expect from a guest in my own home. Whether I’m there for an hour to feed or walk pets or a few days for a house sitting stay, the only sign I was even there would be the fact that your pets were well cared for.

About: I’m generally great with animals and I’ve been a cat mom for 3 years now so I’m quite good at making sure a pet is taken care of. I go the extra mile. And follow directions pretty well. Just finished pet CPR training. I’m relatively flexible but prefer to work in the morning because my other job is at night. Totally free Sundays. I have class Thursday evenings right now and I’m usually at the gun range Saturdays but all other days of the week, I’m flexible. I do a bit of traveling but I will block off those days or I’ll let you know if I’m not available on your requested days. Just let me know ahead of time and I’ll let you know of if I can accommodate your request. I prefer texting via the app as much as possible. I make sure to respect your cat’s space and that their needs are met. I feed pets as instructed. Give treats as necessary. Make sure they have adequate water.

About: Having been through some pretty big life changes recently, I’m reminded to slow down and focus on things that make me happy. One thing that makes me happy is dogs. I’ve also wanted to get out and take more walks, so what better way to enjoy both than dog walking. I’ve had pets of all types all my life, but dogs are hands down my favorite. I currently have two of my own and occasionally watch my friends’ dogs. A friend of mine uses Rover, and I’ve been a pet sitter since I was a teen, so I thought I’d give it a try. I have taken a few training classes when my dog was a puppy and I have some experience with special needs (seniors, blindness, low mobility, and seizures). I work full time, but telework three days a week. For midday visits and dog walks, someone close to home would be best to ensure availability. We can always discuss evening visits or walks as well. For boarding, unless discussed and scheduled prior, weekends would best to ensure I can be home with your fur babe. I treat visiting pups like my own. They’re allowed on my furniture and in my bed. I have multiple crates of various sizes if a crate is needed. My yard is fenced, but dogs aren’t typically left unattended in the yard. I have seven free range chickens in my yard, so their safety is also a concern for me. I’m also open to discussion if your dogs’ needs don’t align with my typical routine; I don’t mind changing things up if it’s something I can accommodate.

About: Bare minimum care for animals is not accepted in my house. I only offer the absolute best I can give for every furry friend. I've owned and cared for almost every category of critter you can come up with (Birds, reptiles, amphibians, small mammals, cats, dogs, etc.!) Almost all my passions revolve around animals and always have, I spend most of my time helping people with their own pets when I'm not caring for mine. I also am starting out in dog training and have two years experience with a few types of canine training. My own dog is an exceptionally trained GSD that's helped this journey. Along with that, I have been helping with rehabilitating and releasing wild animals in need for almost three years. I am very passionate about rescues and almost all my animals are rescued by either shelters, brought to me, or found by me. I hope to build a career in helping people and their animals in every way I possibly can ❤ I'm currently gaining experience for dog training and I help with wild animal rehabilitation along with shelter work. I'm free most days of the week since I'm able to choose my working hours. For drop in visits I follow pet owner instructions exactly to ensure every pet has their needs met. I offer the most exceptional care that I possibly can for each animal and am capable of caring for just about any pet. Senior, challenged, puppy, untrained, none are challenging for me. 💕

About: Every month or so I go and house sit for a few weeks at my uncles house and he has 2 big pitbulls while I own a frenchie and used to have a german shepherd and a few other dogs Im currently working part time at safeway but Im always available to come on my lunch or before I go in or after I get off to walk them or feed them or even play for a little bit I have a big fenced off back yard and my dog has a kennel to sleep in with a bed that we leave cracked at night to walk in and out for water and my cats roam the house freely while one is let out when she meows at the door
