I have loved dogs since I was a child, but it wasn’t until I was older that I understood I had a special connection with animals, especially dogs. Dogs who are normally afraid of humans snuggle up to me no problem and I have personal experience with my geriatric dog now. My confident, stern, yet gentle loving approach has dogs belly up for rubs and sitting on command. I love all dogs, even ones that can be difficult to deal with.

I have a fenced yard. I can give pets and, brush and play with them as needed. I also like having conversations with them as easily as I would if I were talking to a human, as I am sure most pet owners do.

I was disappointed with this house-sitting experience. Before the booking started, the sitter let me know she would be working from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and said she would come by early to feed Buddy and take him for his morning walk. Instead, on the first day she didn't arrive until about 2:30 p.m. She stayed only a short time, took him for about a 30-minute walk, then left and didn't return until around 10 p.m. The next day, Buddy's walk lasted only about 10 minutes. When we returned home, we also found the sitter still at our house around 5–6 p.m., even though the booking was supposed to end at noon. I also had Amazon packages delivered during the stay, and they were left outside instead of being brought inside. While that wasn't the primary purpose of the booking, it was something I had expected from a house sitter. Buddy was fed and cared for, but the service did not match what I expected from a house-sitting booking. Reliability, communication, and following the agreed-upon schedule are very important to me, and unfortunately this experience fell short of those expectations.

Diana is the best! Our Jack Russel Halo loved her. We really appreciate the love she gave Halo over the weekend. Would highly recommend her and will ask her to dog sit Halo again.

Diana is so kind and generous! We have two animals and she came over twice to make sure she understood how to take care of them. Each time, she was a complete delight and also she kept me updated with updates on how my fur babies were doing. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She will be our go-to sitter from now on
