We could not have asked for a better person to care for Remi and our home while we were away. Nancy truly went above and beyond in every way. She didn’t just take care of Remi—she made sure Remi had a great time! She took her on walks and to the dog park, played endless games of ball, prepared her special meals of chicken and quinoa, and even took her to the store to buy new balls. She also brought some unique balls from her own home because she thought Remi would enjoy them—which, of course, she did! Nancy kept us updated every day with texts, photos, and videos. Being away from Remi is never easy, but those updates gave us such peace of mind. We could see that Remi was happy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoying herself, and we never had to worry about whether she was being well cared for. Nancy stayed in our home every night and treated our home with the same care she gave Remi. We came home to a clean house, dog hair picked up, and she had even gathered the linens and put them in the laundry. None of that was expected—it was simply Nancy going the extra mile. Most importantly, we came away knowing we can completely trust Nancy with two things that mean a great deal to us: Remi and our home. We were so pleased with her that we have already booked her for our next trip. We highly recommend Nancy and feel very fortunate to have found her. Morning to Evening Flow: • Routine Consistency: Maintaining exercise schedules, feeding times, and bedtime rituals is always reassuring for a pup away from home. • Tailored, Leashed Exercise: Whether it’s gentle sniffing tours or energetic games like Chuck-It or Frisbee, our activities are based on safety and your dog's energy levels. Our enormous park allows us to avoid any contact with other dogs, people, or children. • Engaged Companionship: Your dog & I will rarely, if ever, be apart day or night. My schedule is tailored around bookings. Looking after your dog affords me the luxury of dedicating my attention to enjoying his company indoors & out.

I adhere to PSI’s professional best practices, ensuring a safe, tranquil environment free from noise, strangers, or other animals. Safe, Cozy Indoor Comfort • Freedom & Safety: All dogs are encouraged to make themselves at home anywhere: curl up in my lap for scratches, stretch out on the comfy couch or hang out on the patio. A kitchen can be hazardous for pups so is off-limits. • Gentle Enrichment: Supervised dog play with interactive games and toys, or enjoy a calming lick mat tailored to your approved diet. • Patio Sunbathing/Birdwatching: A safe & quiet space to lounge in the sun, watch hummingbirds and squirrels. Secure Outdoor Adventures • Anxiety-Free Walks: Our adjoining 15-acre park offers private, peaceful exploration without the stress or safety risks of interacting with unknown, off-leash dogs, people, or children. • Safe, High-Energy Play: For games of Chuck-It or Frisbee, I use specialized 20-to-45-foot long lines, giving active dogs the freedom to sprint while keeping them safely connected to a professional at all times.
A typical day
A Day at the RetreatA typical day is entirely dictated by your dog's personal rhythm, not a rigid facility schedule. Mornings begin with a gentle wake-up and a private stroll in the park, followed by breakfast served as is accustomed at home. Because I offer exclusive 1-on-1 care, your dog enjoys full run of the house and constant human companionship throughout the day—whether that means curled up next to my desk while I work, playing interactive brain games, or enjoying a sunlit afternoon nap. Evenings are reserved for winding down with a relaxing brush-out and plenty of couch cuddles. You will receive real-time photo and text updates so you can see exactly how pampered and secure they are.
