Your Pet's Perfect Vacation Awaits
I've always been an animal lover and have had cats and dogs most of my life. All my pets were well cared for and lived long and healthy lives. My last dog was a beloved Shiba Inu who lived to be 19 years old. He passed away in 2018. Life hasn't introduced me to my next dog companion yet. I previously volunteered with a holistic veterinarian in Redwood City, CA. We worked with cats, dogs, race horses, and even a lion. It was like a dream come true. I only have one calm and sweet cat named Noel. Noel grew up with another cat and dog, so she is very well behaved around other pets and tends to keep to herself. My house is a 5 minute walk to the American River where I walk daily. I miss having the company of a dog and would love to share the joy of walking in nature with yours if desired.

Maryse was amazing with my senior Yorkie! She kept me updated with messages and photos the whole time, which I really appreciated. I felt totally at ease knowing he was in good hands. I’d absolutely recommend her and will be using her again.

Maryse is a lovely lady who provided excellent care for our small dog. She took our dog on walks and sent pictures daily and kept us informed of her eating and drinking habits. At the end of our time away we went to Maryse's home to pick up our dog and Maryse met us at the door with our dog in her arms. Our dog looked so comfortable, happy, and calm. We most definitely recommend Maryse as a kind and patient person to care for your loved dog.
Maryse was a God-send for me and my little senior doggie when she cared for my Marley. Maryse knew I was having a few health challenges so she not only offered to pick up and return Marley for the boarding weekend, but also picked up both my dog and me to take us and show us her home and yard. It was very apparent that my Marley felt very comfortable and jumped right on the bed as if she lived there! The pictures and texts that Maryse sent while boarding my Marley showed a very content doggie! I’ve only boarded my doggie twice in all her 13 years and I would not hesitate to leave my fur baby again with Maryse for longer periods as you can tell how her concern, caring and love makes such a good experience. I might add that Marley is a very finicky eater and dear Maryse even fed her by hand to get her to eat’. Now that’s love❤️
Maryse really embraced and took great care with our girl. Regular walks, followed feeding schedule, spent time to ensure our Honey felt welcomed.
Maryse was amazing with Chico! She kept me up to date and sent wonderful pictures. She truly cared for him and treated him like her own! They took daily walks and enjoyed each other’s company. You can trust your fur baby with Maryse!

Schedule
I'm retired and home all day. Potty breaks are available all day and I can walk your pet at least once a day. I typically walk for an hour each time. I love to care for my garden and spend many hours there. Your dog would love it.

I live in a single family house with a fully fenced backyard. I have a dog door which leads to the fenced backyard; it can be shut and locked if desired. I don't keep human food laying around the house. My house is clean and organized. I live in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. I provide fresh drinking water twice daily.
Pets
A typical day
I typically take a long walk everyday in nature. I am happy to take your pet along with me on the walk. I love to tend to my garden in my fenced yard in the company of my pets so they can smell all the smells. I can play your pet's favorite games. I'm happy to chat and talk with pets like they are people too. I provide fresh drinking water everyday. In the evening we will enjoy a movie under a cozy blanket together.
