I am Julia, and for over 20 years pet care has been my full-time profession and my passion. My partner works from home full-time and our older children (aged 12 and 14) are experienced and respectful around dogs, meaning your dog is surrounded by calm, consistent, caring people throughout their stay. My time is structured around the dogs in our care, with supervision, enrichment, companionship, and individualized attention throughout their stay in a family home environment. 🏡 WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE Every dog's day is tailored to their individual personality and needs. Mornings begin with outdoor time and a potty break with a chance to explore, followed by breakfast. All dogs are fed separately to ensure each dog safely enjoys their own meal. Throughout the day dogs enjoy supervised enrichment, play, companionship, and rest. High-energy dogs receive stimulation and activity. Sensitive or anxious dogs are given calm structure, routine, and reassurance. Senior dogs receive comfort, rest, and gentle attentive care. Evenings are calm and relaxed. Dogs spend time with our family and sleep safely in our home. We have multiple sleep setups and always aim to match each dog's usual routine wherever possible. 🌳 OUR SPACES AND ENRICHMENT Our home and purpose-built spaces are designed for safety, enrichment, and comfort and are tailored to each dog's individual needs. Every dog has full access to our living room, family room, kitchen, office, and bedrooms, and in addition all dogs have access to: * Sniffari Adventure Zone - 2,000 sq ft secure outdoor enrichment space with scent trails and exploration areas designed to stimulate and satisfy * Doggy Beach House - 400 sq ft interactive play space with toys, paddling pool, and ball pit, perfect for active and playful dogs * Doggy Den Suite - 500 sq ft calm indoor rest space with soft bedding, relaxing music, and a peaceful environment for dogs who need quiet time and comfort * Secure two-door safety system throughout the entire property for complete peace of mind. 🔐 PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS AND SAFETY * 20+ years full-time professional dog care experience * Pet CPR/First Aid certified * Dog Body Language certified - Pet Sitters International * Dog Enrichment trained - EnrichU University * Experienced with anxious, senior, rescue, complex-needs, and medically dependent dogs * Vet-approved hygiene and sanitation practices throughout * Every member of our household has completed United States federal background and identity screening as part of the permanent residency approval process, providing an additional layer of verification beyond standard industry checks. * Written care agreement provided for every stay - giving you complete clarity on exactly what has been agreed and helping protect the interests of both you and your dog. 💬 COMMUNICATION You will receive regular updates so you always know exactly how your dog is settling, what they are doing, and how they are feeling. If anything changes you will hear from us immediately.
