Because I've always loved dogs and hoped to have one of my own someday, I've spent a lot of time learning about dog care, behavior, training, and enrichment. I've worked with puppies frequently in the past and am comfortable with the extra patience, supervision, and consistency they require. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to a specific routine, I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Pet care fits great into my routine. I have a flexible schedule, and I'm available throughout most weekdays for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and playtime and I always make sure to follow each pet's routine as closely as possible. While I do have some weekend commitments and can't do late nights, I have an otherwise open schedule. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive the attention they need. When caring for puppies, I'm especially attentive to potty breaks, supervision, and maintaining any training routines. I'll also make keep the owners updated throughout the day.

“I can’t thank Amber enough! She took care of our dog on less than a week’s notice due to an emergency and was incredibly accommodating and flexible with both pickup and drop-off times. Her communication was excellent—she kept me updated during the drive to her home, throughout the stay, and even when we were arranging pickup. Kate seems knowledgeable about how to help new dogs transition into a new environment with other dogs and turned out my pup had a great time. “Irina did a great job of caring for my little dog Fred. Fred is a rescue and tends to be anxious in new situations. Irina and her environment are very welcoming and this was not wasted on Fred. He stayed close to Irina during his visit, following her everywhere. When she sat on the couch, she picked him up to be next to her. She had more than 1 dog boarding and I think this was also beneficial for Fred. I would gladly choose Irina again.”
About: I absolutely love dogs and consider them part of the family, I am basically home 24/7 to care for your fur babies. I will watch small, non aggressive, potty trained dogs up to 35 lbs. I have 2 non aggressive 30lb French Bulldogs ages 3 and 8. I am a retired Fire battalion Chief and was also a paramedic for 25 years. I can accept longer vacation dates on a case by case basis as I also travel and need to book around my schedule. I spend time loving the pups in my care & playing fetch in my large yard. I also have a dog door for dogs to access yard. Your pups become my pups when left in my care. I don’t crate dogs unless requested. I request up to date vaccination records & that dogs are clean & flea free. Annual bordetella vaccine to prevent kennel cough is mandatory. All pups eat separately to keep dogs from eating another dog’s food & to prevent food aggression. Dogs are never left alone outside in my large fenced yard which is also locked for safety. I don’t accept aggressive dogs or those with food aggression. Dogs must be spayed or neutered. Meet and greets are always welcome and appreciated. Can’t wait to meet your furry family member! I’m basically home 24/7 and I let the fur babies move about the house freely. They can cuddle with me on the couch if I’m watching tv or play with me outside. I have a large fenced yard with a small turf area. Dogs are not left unattended. As I mentioned before, I will play with your pups and treat them like my own.

Evy and Wayne were kind and loving, taking excellent care of our 1 yo Shih Tzu Obie. They followed his requested feeding and walking schedule and sent lots of pictures and updates. Obie was safe, loved and well cared for. We look forward to having him stay with them again!!

Anadee was absolutely top notch with our senior chocolate lab, Guinness. He’s an old man and definitely a lot of work at this stage, but Anadee handled him with patience, care, and genuine kindness. Our kids loved having Guinness around during the stay and really enjoyed Anadee as well, which says a lot. She was also fantastic with our poodle, Lena — Lena was great with “the old man,” and Anadee made sure both dogs were comfortable and happy together. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely trust her again. Highly recommend!
