About: I’ve had many animals as part of my family, raising them from infancy and all the way through the life cycle. My home has always had cats and dogs, with the occasional other animal added to the mix. I have been professionally pet-sitting for the last few years now and have cared for hundreds of pets. I treat your home and animals as though they were my own, with all of my respect and love. I’m working on pet first aid and CPR certification, am a member of Pet Sitters International, and am always learning more about cat behavior and dog training. Pet sitting is my favorite job ever! It’s become my full-time passion to find my niche and do this as a career. It sure beats my old desk job! I am also my daughter’s chauffeur. I am a night owl at heart and have no problem with late-night visits, but can also do visits before 8am when necessary. I start out meeting you and your animal(s). “Wow!!! Anastassia was amazing!!! She went above and beyond. The basic things were there, sticking to schedule, sending pictures and keeping me updated. But so much more than that! My pup had to take some medicine and she made sure he got what he needed! She also ended up taking out the trash, cleaning and even organized my fridge (there were very few things in there but she still organized it all). I cannot speak highly enough. I will be booking her again next time I need someone to stay with my pup. Highly recommend. 10/10!”

About: What sets me apart is a lifetime of hands-on experience and a genuine bond with dogs. While I haven’t worked as a professional dog sitter before, I’ve been caring for dogs since I was seven years old. I’m now 32, and throughout my life, I’ve had a Maltese, an English Setter, and a Gordon Setter. My setters were hunting dogs, so I’m comfortable with energetic, intelligent breeds that need both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I’ve trained them in basic obedience, manners, and recall, and I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and clear boundaries. I’ve cared for both small and large dogs, and I’m experienced with feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, and making sure they feel safe, calm, and loved. I can also teach simple commands and fun tricks like sit, stay, lie down, roll over, spin, and shake. I am a Spanish woman who moved to Folsom with my husband a year ago. I am a great animal lover and I have had dogs since I was little. In my childhood, I lived with two setters: an English setter and a Gordon setter, and a Maltese bichon. This has given me experience with both large and small dogs. Now, although we cannot have one of our own, I would love to care for others, as I greatly enjoy their company. My daily routine is flexible, and I have full availability to adapt to the needs of clients and their pets. I fully adapt to each pet’s needs. I am very attentive and will always ensure the dog has food, water, and is comfortable. If I notice something is wrong, I address it immediately. I handle walks carefully, avoiding direct sun, and if bathing is needed, I do so with experience, using proper shampoos and conditioners, especially for long coats. I can also brush them. If a vet visit is required, I will take care of it. Additionally, I love playing with dogs and making sure they feel calm and happy when their owners are away. In short, I handle all the care a dog needs with attention and affection.

Because I've always loved dogs and hoped to have one of my own someday, I've spent a lot of time learning about dog care, behavior, training, and enrichment. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to a specific routine, I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Pet care fits great into my routine. I have a flexible schedule, and I'm available throughout most weekdays for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and playtime and I always make sure to follow each pet's routine as closely as possible. While I do have some weekend commitments and can't do late nights, I have an otherwise open schedule. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive the attention they need. When caring for puppies, I'm especially attentive to potty breaks, supervision, and maintaining any training routines. I'll also make keep the owners updated throughout the day.

About: I love dogs so much, I love going on walks so why not make it the best of both worlds! I would love to be able to be around your pups to bring me and them so happiness! I love to get movement in, my 10k steps a day, and to go on walks myself so having a dog with me would just make it even better ! I always make sure my pets are taken care of! “Heather was awesome with our three dogs. She watched two of our German shepherds and our little senior Yorkie. She took care of them making sure they got all the snuggles and kisses to fill the pupps up with happiness. Fed them on time and She took them out for walks and gave them lots of belly rubs and treats. My dogs were so comfortable with her and trusted her so quickly. She kept everything tidy and was an amazing person to have for my home and dogs. I have 100% trust with Heather and will definitely seek out her service again.
