“This is our first time using rover and Sam made it a positive experience from the time i contacted her and through the meet and great and the entire sit. We had to adjust our start time couple of times but she was very flexible with that, we really appreciate her for understanding. The Sit went very smooth as well, we got all the updates even before we asking with pictures :) Snow was very well taken care of, we could tell that once we reached home since he was not anxious at all. Overall Sam is great and we will be in touch soon for our next vacations :)”

About: I've been helping care for friends' and family's dogs since I was 10 years old. Because I've always loved dogs and hoped to have one of my own someday, I've spent a lot of time learning about dog care, behavior, training, and enrichment. I've worked with puppies frequently in the past and am comfortable with the extra patience, supervision, and consistency they require. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to a specific routine, I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Pet care fits great into my routine. I have a flexible schedule, and I'm available throughout most weekdays for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and playtime and I always make sure to follow each pet's routine as closely as possible. While I do have some weekend commitments and can't do late nights, I have an otherwise open schedule. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive the attention they need. When caring for puppies, I'm especially attentive to potty breaks, supervision, and maintaining any training routines. I'll also make keep the owners updated throughout the day.

About: I grew up with a ton of dogs on a ranch so I have always loved animals. I have housesat, walked, watched, etc. All types of dogs from tiny poodles to giant great Pyrenees. I also have experience with cats, birds, and other pets! Animals and pets are so sweet and special and I love making them happy :) I'm currently looking for jobs in my field so I'm happy for pets to fill up my schedule until then. With enough notice I can be available for weeks, weekends, or whenever needed I personally have a fenced in yard that my dog loves to play fetch in. I currently live with three dogs, so I’m very familiar with managing different personalities, energy levels, and boundaries in a shared space. I always prioritize safe introductions and only allow interaction when appropriate for all pets involved.
