I volunteer at shelters and I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life, from small to large breeds as well as bully breeds. I understand firsthand the responsibility, patience, and consistency that goes into providing excellent care. In addition to caring for my own pets, my experience consists of volunteering at a local animal shelter, where I’ve worked with dogs of different sizes, ages, temperaments, and backgrounds. Elaine is a special person that truly understands dogs. This was the first time we left our 4 year old Marley in a home with multiple dogs. We did a meet and greet with Elaine and felt very comfortable that she understood his uneasiness with new people and new dogs. She gave him the space and reassurance that he needed and after a few days he was right at home.
