About: I’ve lived with pets my whole life, and I am a very attentive and patient care giver. Any pet staying with me will get lots of attention and love. I will ensure timely feedings, plenty of fresh water, and lots of safety and love. I am a stay at home mom, and my oldest is in full time kindergarten, so I’ll have lots of time to care for your pet, 7 days a week. I have a recently remodeled fenced in back yard, that backs up to a beautiful, shaded nature walk on the edge of a wetlands nature preserve. Any walks we go on will have plenty of safe exploring for your pet. I have two male siamese cats of my own at home who are generally pretty tolerant of other animals. I also have two young children, ages 5 and 3 so as long as your pets are comfortable and good around kids we would love to love on your fur babies!
About: I’ve been around dogs for all of my life, growing up with family dogs and now caring for my own dog, Tsuki. While I’m new to professional pet sitting, caring for dogs definitely isn’t new to me. I understand how important routines, exercise, feeding schedules, attention, and consistency are—and how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care. As a dog owner myself, I know and understand needs and expectations, I realize every dog has their own personality, habits, energy level, and comfort zone. I’m comfortable with larger and energetic dogs and take the time to follow each owner’s instructions rather than assuming every dog needs the same thing. Whether it’s walks, playtime, meals, potty breaks, or simply keeping them company, my goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away Pet care is already a part of my everyday routine as a dog owner. I’m available for evening and weekend care, and my remote work schedule also provides flexibility throughout the week. I’m happy to coordinate with each owner to maintain their pet’s normal feeding, walking, exercise, and care routine as closely as possible. Safety and trust are extremely important to me. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medications, household rules, and any special needs their pet may have. I understand that every pet has a different personality and comfort level, so I take the time to let them adjust to me at their own pace. I’ll also keep you updated so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is safe and well cared for.
“Five stars, no hesitation. Luz came out to the curb to meet us at drop-off, which was such a thoughtful touch. There’s always that awkward moment as a first-time visitor where you’re not sure whether to knock or ring the doorbell, and she just took that off the table entirely. She followed all my care instructions carefully and, most impressively, rolled with a last-minute curveball: our younger dog ended up needing his neuter surgery earlier than expected, so she had to take on a whole set of post-op instructions with very little notice. She handled it without missing a beat. Her own dog was an absolute gem, calm, gentle, not a barker. That matters more than it might sound. I always worry about my dogs picking up bad habits from an anxious or reactive dog, and that was just never a concern here. Both of my dogs are Chihuahua mix puppies, which is exactly as much energy as it sounds like. She had nothing but kind things to say about them at pick-up, which honestly I appreciated, because I can barely say that about them on a high-energy day. Most telling: they were asleep within 60 seconds of getting in the car. That’s always my gold standard for a good stay. She was also wonderfully communicative throughout, sending pictures and videos regularly. I don’t always need that from a sitter, but with someone new, it means everything to know they’re being attentive. Luz absolutely was. I’ve used a number of sitters in the Roseville and Rocklin area over the years and honestly never walked away from a drop-off feeling truly at ease. This was the first time. I felt confident the whole time that my dogs were in the best possible hands. Highly recommend, especially if you have puppies or dogs with special needs.”

That was a side benefit to us who are busy in a transition as we move house. Lisa is awesome. Always easy to communicate with, and has helped me on very short notice. My Pyrenees can be pretty attached and selective with people and she likes spending time with Lisa. Lisa has been so nice and patient with Lucy and dealing with her quirks (barking!). It feels great to have someone that Lucy is comfortable with.
Breanna took great care of our dog, Jasper, during his daycare visit. She kept us updated throughout the day and sent photos, which gave us a lot of reassurance seeing how comfortable he was. It was nice to see him relaxing, enjoying the sunshine, and going on walks. Jasper even ate all of his food while he was there, which is always a great sign that he felt at ease in a new environment. Breanna was communicative, attentive, and clearly thoughtful about making sure he was comfortable. We really appreciate the care she provided and the updates she shared. Jasper seemed happy and relaxed when we picked him up, and we’re looking forward to having him stay with Breanna again for future visits.
